Abstract

XYZ Bank is one of the financial institutions in Indonesia that provide financial services in the form of payments on credit / installments and has several procedures and requirements that must be met by prospective customers. As an effort to improve bank profitability and efficiency and effectiveness of work it is necessary to do proper financing management. One alternative financing solution is to use the  Decision Support System based applications that can provide creditworthiness decisions. The Decision Support System is built using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, where this method that can solve the problem with the compound criteria and details, in a comprehensive framework of thinking with consideration of hierarchy process which then performed the calculation of weights for each of the criteria in determines credit eligibility. Based on the results of the test program shows that this decision support system has been able to determine the creditworthiness of customers well.

Abstract

Public facilities in Jambi Province especially in Jambi City is needed by the public, where one of them is a place of worship. Information about places of worship is considered very necessary, in order to know the location of the place of worship and instructions to get to the place of worship. Making this application in the form of Augmented Reality (AR) to search the location of places of worship in the city of Jambi consisting of mosques, churches, monasteries, and temples with a platform to support the application screen. the database used is SQLite. Stages of this study are the stages of planning, stages of analysis, and stages of application design. The results of this study in the form of applications running on the smartphone operating system android, this application is expected to provide information quickly to find places of worship desired by the user.

Abstract

The information system is a system that provides information for management in making decisions and also to run the company's operations, where the system is a combination of people, information technology and procedures that are organized. Usually a company or business entity provides some sort of useful information for management. At CV. Lintas Nusantara service bureau in data processing activities that are running today still perform administrative data processing conventionally, and also reports given to the pimpiman sometimes still many mistakes. In conducting the research, the authors used several research methodologies, including field research, literature, and laboratories. Furthermore, the information system that has been built is expected to be more helpful CV. Lintas Nusantara Jambi in processing the data better yet to get a more efficient report and also can save time and cost incurred for each month. This information system is built with the support of the Codeigniter PHP Framework, the Bootstrap CSS Framework, as well as the javascript programming language.

Abstract

Medical record information system in Tegal Arum Rimbo Subdistrict health centers of the young Kabupaten Tebo is a system designed to makes the recording, processing, and report rendering penyamapaian patient medical information needed for the activities of the clinic.This system is developed by using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 program and Program My SQL create database.This system is very important to make it easy to manage medical record data quickly and efficiently.Data areas in Tegal Arum Rimbo Subdistrict health centers of the young Kabupaten Tebo are still manually so there is still an error in the data storage and management of medical record (human error).The design of this medical record information system aims to make it easier to enter and manipulate data in the medical record and displays the reports required by the clinic.Development of the medical record information system was designed using the method of System development life cycle (SDLC) which consists of three main stages of analysis, design, and implementation.The results of the medical record information system pemrrograman this is an application to perform the recording of the patient's medical record out and can display a report that consists of patient data reports based on date of admission, outpatient data reports.The design of the system is expected to simplify the process of managing the medical record data and create reports in public health to produce accurate data.

Abstract

The National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) is the only official body formed by the government based on RI Decree No.8 of 2001 which has the task and function of collecting and distributing zakat, infaq, and alms at the national, provincial and regional levels. Accurate and fast management of data and information can help grow an organization. Therefore, management of data and information is seen as important for the smooth running of a job and for analyzing the development of a job. During this time the processing of zakat data in the BAZNAS of Jambi City is still carried out without a special computerized system and has several disadvantages, including the susceptibility of data input errors, data damage or loss due to the absence of special data storage centers for data and files. has been inputted, to the lack of efficiency in the process of processing lecturer performance data as a whole. Web-based Zakat Data Processing Application at the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) of Jambi City. Is a new system that was developed with the aim to facilitate the processing of zakat data as a whole and overcome the shortcomings that exist in the system that has been running. The application will be built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database management software. The application of zakat data processing that starts from the process of inputting data and related files collects and distributes zakat that can be done by the admin, then the data is stored structurally in a data storage center, until the output is in the form of reports relating to the collection and distribution of zakat. The results of this study indicate that a computerized system can improve efficiency and effectiveness in processing zakat data as a whole.

Abstract

Library Information System is one of the things that was developed so that students can ease in terms of borrowing books online. Therefore, by providing various facilities aimed at facilitating students in finding various information needed from the library before lending. The main elements in forming a system consists of inputs, processes and outputs, while the input needed from this system is member data and data books. Process the data or process it into a report that will be submitted to the library leadership. This website is created using the PHP Web Programming Language and uses MySQL for its database which is equipped with member tables, book tables and loan tables. The Web-Based Library Information System at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry at the University of Jambi is used as a means of information and loans for students, a tool for processing data for employees or administration at the Library of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry in the University of Jambi.

Abstract

Abstract -Bintang Jaya Furniture is a business that operates in the craft industry of making furniture/furniture made from various types of very strong wood. This Bintang Jaya furniture is located in Talang Kawo Village, Bangko District, Merangin Regency, Jambi Province. Currently, the existing system at Bintang Jaya Furniture has several shortcomings, such as recording sales of furniture/furniture and reporting, which is still done manually using book records and Excel, so it experiences obstacles such as many errors in recording reports and the data produced. not correct and orders for furniture/furniture are made over the telephone. To see the report information to the leadership takes quite a long time. For this reason, researchers conducted research and looked for solutions to these problems to help, speed up and make it easier for officers to register furniture products and leaders in taking final reports and make it easier for buyers to order furniture online. Researchers used direct observation methods, interviews, and literature studies to complete the data in creating this web application. To create this application using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this research produced a web-based E-commerce application. The data that will be input is user, product, customer, order and order status data. With output, namely furniture/furniture sales reports, transaction reports, transaction reports per customer, order status reports and customer reports. This application can be developed into an Android system to increase the satisfaction of Bintang Jaya furniture customers in online services.

Abstract

The Joint Doctor's Practice Clinic is a practice that serves the treatment of various diseases. In the data processing process using handwriting, so that there are problems in processing medical record data, namely to get patient information, visit information, diagnostic information and doctor information, it still takes a relatively long time because they have to search for information manually in the medical record book. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current system, in order to overcome the problems faced at the Joint Doctor's Practice Clinic, by designing a Patient Medical Record Information System at the Joint Doctor's Practice Clinic. Research Framework that will be carried out in solving the problems discussed, namely, identifying problems, data collection, data analysis, system design, implementation, system testing to the maintenance phase. The system development method uses a waterfall model, the implementation of this research uses the PHP programming language and MySQL DBMS. Abstract

This study aims to develop an online questionnaire application that can be used as a learning evaluation tool at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mahdaliyah. The application is designed to replace manual methods, which are time-consuming and prone to errors. The development process utilizes technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL to create an efficient and user-friendly system. Application testing was conducted among students and teachers to ensure ease of use and data accuracy. The development results indicate that the application facilitates the questionnaire data collection process, speeds up analysis, and produces more accurate learning evaluation reports. This application is expected to provide a practical solution for improving the quality of learning evaluations in educational institutions.
