Abstract

Penyusunan penelitian tindakan sekolah ini bertujuan untuk membahas langkah-langkah yang telah dilakukan pengawas sekolah sebagai Pembina kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan tupoksinya, dengan pendekatan “Colla-Coop” sebagai trik untuk mengatasi masalah manajerial kepala sekolah memasuki era PKKS. Kepala Sekolah dituntut memiliki kompetensi manajerial dalam melaksanakan tupoksinya dalam memimpin sekolah, yang setiap tahun diukur dan dinilai dengan instrumen PKKS. Pengawas sekolah sebagai pembina memandang perlu melakukan pendampingan kepada kepala sekolah agar tupoksi manajerial dapat berjalan  sesuai standar yang telah ditetapkan.  Kegiatan yang dilakukan pengawas sekolah sebagai trik untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Pengarahan dan review tentang tupoksi dan kompetensi Kepala Sekolah sesuai standar; 2) Bedah instrumen PKKS; 3) Workshop berbagi tugas menyusun dokumen bukti fisik yang harus dilakukan kepala sekolah, 4)  Pengumpulan hasil draf akhir dan disitribusi komulatif, dan 5) Review program masing-masing  sekolah. Pelaksanan  trik pendekatan “Colla-Coop” lancar, karena setiap kepala sekolah merasa kegiatan tersebut wajib dilakukannya dan hasil produk kegiatan merasa harus dimiliki. Kendala kecil terjadi berkaitan dengan kemampuan IT kepala  sekolah,  namun dapat diatasi  dengan  baik.  Hasil  akhir kegiatan yang dilakukan pengawas sekolah ini adalah setiap kepala sekolah memiliki produk draf program sekolah dan wawasan tentang tugas manajerial seperti tuntutan instrumen PKKS, yang harus dikembangkan lebih lanjut di sekolah masing-masing, serta terbangun karakter tanggung jawab dan kerjasama. Kata Kunci: Manajerial, PKKS dan Colla-Coop

Abstract

The aim of this research is to look at the emotional development of teenagers and the impact of Islamic religious education because many teenagers today cannot control their emotions when they speak and behave. This research uses a qualitative approach, which is a type of literature study. Sources of information about data collection techniques can be found in relevant literature, such as journals, books, documents and online literature. The results of this research show that emotional development during late adolescence is a process of emotional maturity, which causes teenagers to behave more realistically and not be reckless when making decisions. The emotional patterns of late adolescents are not much different from the emotional patterns of children; however, what differentiates them is the stimulus that causes their emotions to increase. Islamic education has a significant impact on the emotional development of young adolescents. Keywords: Emotional Development, Development of Late Adolescents, Emotional Development
