Abstract

This article discusses the characteristics of the manuscripts of the Al-Qur'an manuscripts from the Sanggau collection of the West Kalimantan Museum and the manuscripts of Ismahayana Landak as well as a comparison of the aspects of rasm contained in these two ancient manuscripts in West Kalimantan, in comparison with the rasm system contained in Indonesian Standard Mushaf. The research methode used was content analysis in the form of text analysis which was carried out by taking an inventory of these two ancient manuscripts. This study shows that the manuscripts of the Sanggau are still intact with a total of 23, 190 pages, the number of lines per page is 15-17, and the width of the text size per page is 0.4 cm. No paragraph and page numbering was found. The text uses Khat Naskhi in black ink. Meanwhile, Ismahayana's Mushaf was written on European paper with an incomplete physical condition. No start page or illumination. The total pages are 273 and 546. The number of lines per page is 15-16 pages. The length and width of the text on the right side is 6 cm, the top width is 3.5 cm, the left side is 2 cm and the bottom line is 3 cm. The Naskhi khat type is written in black ink. The Sanggau Mushaf Manuscript and the Ismahayana Manuscript are written with rasm imlâ'i. However, the use of rasm is not applied consistently. Because in some writing certain pronunciations also use the rasm utsmâni pattern

Abstract

The location of a business becomes very important because it concerns the efficiency and effectiveness of a business. Manufacturing companies are in dire need of raw materials, labor, and various other input factors, which are easy, fast and precise. The business location must be easily accessible to consumers, known to consumers and make it easier for factory managers to reach the goods to be sold to increase effectiveness; determining the location of the business is not easy, many factors influence the decision in determining the location, because it concerns the company's operational costs. This study aims to determine the factors that are the consideration of a consumer goods company in choosing the current factory location. The study was conducted using primary data and secondary data. The data analysis was carried out using the rating factor method by determining the determinants of location feasibility and the center of gravity method as well as the forecasting method. factors that are taken into consideration in choosing the business location of a consumer good company are availability of labor, availability of electric power, transportation facilities, health, security, and fire prevention services, community attitudes, land and building costs, and possibility of expansion. Factors that are not paid much attention to in determining the business location for the company are: the location of the market, the location of raw materials, residential, educational, shopping, and telecommunication facilities, the area of the parking lot, the sewer, and the width of the road.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the system design of the checklist application accreditation. This application facilitates the data collection process and accreditation assessment in organizations. Analysis is carried out on the operational and organizational aspects of the application, as well as the possible impacts during the development process. The analysis also includes a summary of development, system weaknesses and limitations, and alternatives and trade-offs considered in the application design.

Abstract

This research is intended to find out about the process of learning Arabic at SMPIT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak, West Kalimantan, and the attitudes of students towards the process of Arabic learning and teaching. This research is important to do considering that students' attitudes toward learning play such an important role in motivating responses, improving performance, strengthening interest, and improving learning outcomes. Students' attitudes towards the learning process can affect student learning outcomes, so when students have a positive attitude and feel confident in their abilities, they will be able to achieve better results. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative. To process the results, the percentage formula is used. The results of this study found that the process of learning Arabic at SMPIT Al-Mumtaz had been carried out well, from the planning, implementation, and rating processes. Meanwhile, students' attitudes toward learning Arabic were in a good category.

Abstract

Efektivitas Mengajar sangatlah penting dalam satuan pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan terciptanya efektivitas mengajar yang baik maka guru akan berusaha untuk dapat mengatasi dan memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan upaya-upaya meningkatkan efektivitas mengajar pada guru melalui penguatan efikasi diri dan kualitas pemberdayaan pada guru MTS se-kecamatan Citeureup Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian korelasional, dimana pada tahap pertama penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket secara online, lalu dideskripsikan dengan deskripsi statistik dan dianalisis dengan regresi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru MTS se-kecamatan Citeureup sebanyak 276. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 163 responden ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin, dipilih menggunakan metode proporsional random sampling. Tapi di sini yang digunakan hanya 133 responden. Hasil penelitian kuantitatif menemukan bahwa efikasi diri yang menekankan pada yakin dapat melaksanakan tugas, yakin dapat memotivasi diri dalam menyelesaikan tugas, yakin bahwa dirinya mampu menghadapi tantangan, yakin mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi dapat berkontribusi meningkatkan efektivitas mengajar. Kualitas pemberdayaan guru yang baik yang menjadikan guru lebih profesional akan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas mengajar. Berdasarkan temuan pada penelitian ini semakin kuat efikasi diri dan kualitas pemeberdayaan guru, maka diprediksi semakin tinggi efektivitas kerja guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif antara efikasi diri terhadap efektivitas mengajar dengan kualitas pemberdayaan guru ?y1 = 0,103. Terdapat hubungan positif antara kualitas pemberdayaan guru terhadap efektivitas mengajar dengan koefisien determinasi ?y2 = 0,546. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas kerja guru dapat ditingkatkan dengan penguatan efikasi diri dan kualitas pemberdayaan guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan penurunan hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran Matematika, khususnya dalam materi nilai tempat ratusan, puluhan, dan satuan di kelas II SDN 106191 Arapayung. Dari hasil pre tes 25 peserta didik, terlihat bahwa hanya 32% siswa yang mencapai nilai KKM, sementara sisanya belum mencapai target ketuntasan secara klasikal. Dengan nilai KKM sebesar 75, permasalahan ini memotivasi penelitian menggunakan metode Make A Match. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas dan dilaksanakan di SDN 106191 Arapayung Kelas II selama bulan Januari-Maret 2023. Teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan observasi, tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pra siklus, hasil belajar siswa hanya mencapai 32% dengan kategori "sangat rendah." Namun, setelah penerapan metode Make A Match, pada siklus I, persentase hasil belajar meningkat menjadi 72% dengan kategori "tinggi," dan pada siklus II, mencapai 100% dengan kategori "sangat tinggi." Evaluasi pada siklus II menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal mencapai 100% dan rata-rata nilai peserta didik mencapai 84,76. Metode Make A Match terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi nilai tempat ratusan, puluhan, dan satuan. Metode ini tidak hanya memecahkan masalah, tetapi juga meningkatkan aktivitas dan kerjasama siswa, serta mengembangkan motivasi belajar. Dengan demikian, tujuan instruksional tercapai, di mana peserta didik dapat menjalankan tugas dan kewajiban sebagai subjek pendidikan, sementara peran guru sebagai fasilitator dan pendamping juga dapat terwujud. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa metode Make A Match dapat berhasil diterapkan pada kelas II semester 1 SDN 106191 Arapayung Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023.
