Abstract

The research departs from the existence of the accelerated book 'Nubdzatul Bayan' which is used as an acceleration book for Qiraah proficiency at the Nurul Jadid Situbondo Islamic boarding school. This book with 6 volumes of Qawaid Arabic science content has made several Islamic boarding school students able to read Arabic texts in a short time. This research will focus on dissecting the contents of the six volumes of this book with the analysis knife of Willian Francis Mackey's learning theory with four principles, namely Selection, Gradation, Presentation, and Presentation. The research method that the writer uses is literature studies with the primary data being the book. Secondary data was obtained from several research journals and books. The conclusion from the content analysis of this textbook provides information about the purpose of the textbook, as well as the use of this Nubdzatul Bayan book in accordance with its learning outcomes, namely as a Qiraah proficiency acceleration book. The material presented helps determine the relevance of the textbook with the desired learning objectives. This study also provides information about the quality of the presentation of material that is systematic, clear, and easily understood by students. In conclusion, the content analysis of this textbook provides useful information for evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of textbooks as learning aids. Thus, the analysis of the contents of textbooks becomes important in selecting and using the appropriate textbooks in accordance with the goals and needs of the students' Qiraah proficiency acceleration

Abstract

Ketimpangan gender pada saat ini masih tejadi disebabkan karena berasal dari pemikiran turun temurun sejak dulu dimana perempuan lebih rendah posisinya dibandingkan laki-laki, tidak hanya di tanah air Indonesia namun ini terjadi di seluruh dunia, Tujuan artikel ini menjelaskan hukum iddah dan ihdad Pendekatan Maqāṣid As-syarī'ah Kontemporer Jasser Auda, dimana dalam qaidah fiqh klasik ketentuan iddah dan ihdad, pembatasan serta perbandingan peluang antara wanita serta pria dalam kesempatan untuk menikah. Terlihat hal bertentangan dengan salah satu butir konvensi CEDAW. upaya Indonesia dalam menangani masalah ini yaitu pada tahun 1980 Indonesia menandatangani Konvensi CEDAW melalui UUD- nomor 7 Tahun 1984 Ratifikasi Konvensi PBB tentang Penghapusan segala Bentuk Diskriminasi terhadap Perempuan (disingkat sebagai Konvensi Wanita). Indonesia menjadikan wanita selaku masyarakat negeri ataupun sumber daya insani memiliki peran hak serta peranan dan peluang yang serupa dengan laki- laki guna berfungsi dalam pembangunan di seluruh aspek.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode (library search). setelah diadakan proses telaah terhadap teori maqashid jaseer auda dalam konteks iddah maka bisa disimpulkan bawha eksistensi iddah tetap bisa memberikan maslahat sehingga wajib dilakasanakan. Adapun dalam konsep CEDAW, iddah dan ihdad sejatinya bermakna perlindungan untuk hak wanita. Riset ini memverifikasi jika Hukum `iddah dan Ihdad dalam islam adalah wujud kefleksibelan hukum Agama Islam.

Abstract

On the one hand, ihdad demands that it be understood more textually on the mainstream, while on the social demands it demands equality, demands for human rights and so on. Especially in Indonesia, the view of ihdad between traditional and liberal in responding to the issue of reforming Islamic law in Indonesia occurs dialectically in that discourse. Therefore, it is important to conduct further research on Ihdad focused on both views, intending to analyze the opinions of Liberalism and Traditionalism against Ihdad and its relevance to Islamic law reform in Indonesia by using the method of literature studies based on a comparative approach. This study concludes that the liberalist view of ihdad looks at all aspects, including looking at the context of Arab civilization at that time, then compared it with the context of the society in different places and times. Therefore they put Ihdad's problem in a condition that would happen to humans even without any conditioning demands from the legal aspect. Meanwhile, traditional figures formulate the concept of ihdad in the same way as the opinion of the priests of the four madhhabs or classical fiqh, namely placing the problem of Ihdad in mandatory law and determining the conditions in ihdad. By looking at the characteristics of the two ideas above, what is relevant is the model of moderate thought between the two which is more directed at developing the subject of Ihdad law which is not only limited to the wife but also to the husband after first determining the reason for Ihdad, namely to mourn and avoid slander. Then, the provision of time in performing Ihdad must be adjusted to the situation

Abstract

This article discusses the characteristics of the manuscripts of the Al-Qur'an manuscripts from the Sanggau collection of the West Kalimantan Museum and the manuscripts of Ismahayana Landak as well as a comparison of the aspects of rasm contained in these two ancient manuscripts in West Kalimantan, in comparison with the rasm system contained in Indonesian Standard Mushaf. The research methode used was content analysis in the form of text analysis which was carried out by taking an inventory of these two ancient manuscripts. This study shows that the manuscripts of the Sanggau are still intact with a total of 23, 190 pages, the number of lines per page is 15-17, and the width of the text size per page is 0.4 cm. No paragraph and page numbering was found. The text uses Khat Naskhi in black ink. Meanwhile, Ismahayana's Mushaf was written on European paper with an incomplete physical condition. No start page or illumination. The total pages are 273 and 546. The number of lines per page is 15-16 pages. The length and width of the text on the right side is 6 cm, the top width is 3.5 cm, the left side is 2 cm and the bottom line is 3 cm. The Naskhi khat type is written in black ink. The Sanggau Mushaf Manuscript and the Ismahayana Manuscript are written with rasm imlâ'i. However, the use of rasm is not applied consistently. Because in some writing certain pronunciations also use the rasm utsmâni pattern
