Abstract

This study aims to examine the green practices that have been implemented in an eco-hotel and further design services to meet the customer expectation. The data was collected through a survey distributed via e-form to 250 hotel guests who personally experienced green services at the hotel. Through the integration of Green SERVQUAL (GSQual) and the KANO model, there are 11 attributes that need to be improved. Further, the improvement of green services is prioritized using the technical importance score from the QFD. The highest rating of technical importance is 376.62, indicating the need to install an automatic faucet sensor to reduce water consumption waste. By implementing the improvements, the hotel will be able to better manage its water consumption and thus satisfy their customers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dan memvalidasi KPI (Key Performance Indicator) pada PT. X, menentukan pembobotan KPI pada perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), menentukan nilai performansi perusahaan dengan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX), menganalisis kinerja PT. X berdasarkan hasil pengukuran yang didapatkan, serta memberikan saran perbaikan untuk indikator kinerja yang memerlukan perbaikan. Langkah-langkah dalam penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi KPI dengan metode performance prism dan selanjutnya adalah memvalidasi KPI dengan uji statistik. Setelah itu melakukan pembobotan KPI dengan metode AHP. Lalu menentukan nilai performansi dengan metode OMAX dibantu dengan tools Traffic Light System. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 24 KPI pada perusahaan yang terdiri dari 8 KPI kriteria strategi, 8 KPI kriteria proses, dan 8 KPI kriteria kapabilitas. Nilai performansi untuk kriteria KPI Strategi sebesar 7,207, nilai performansi untuk kriteria KPI Proses sebesar 7,345, nilai performansi untuk kriteria KPI Kapabilitas sebesar 8,040, serta nilai performansi untuk perusahaan sebesar 7,419. Dengan menggunakan metode OMAX dapat diketahui bahwa KPI yang masuk dalam kategori hijau sebanyak 14 KPI, sedangkan yang masuk dalam kategori kuning sebanyak 7 KPI dan yang masuk kategori merah sebanyak 3 KPI.

Abstract

Persaingan ketat antar brand kecantikan lokal di Indonesia menuntut perbaikan kinerja pemasaran digital melalui prediksi engagement di Instagram. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun model prediksi tingkat keterlibatan (engagement rate) dan mengidentifikasi faktor unggahan yang paling berpengaruh menggunakan pendekatan machine learning. Metode kuantitatif prediktif diterapkan dengan menganalisis 1.922 unggahan dari 10 brand kecantikan terkemuka. Dua algoritma regresi, Random Forest Regression (RFR) dan Support Vector Regression (SVR), dibangun dan dievaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan model SVR lebih unggul dalam memprediksi engagement rate dengan nilai R² 0,0404, MAE 0,5505%, dan RMSE 4,9911%. Meskipun kemampuan model dalam menjelaskan variasi engagement terbatas, nilai MAE yang rendah mengindikasikan akurasi yang memadai untuk estimasi praktis. Analisis interpretasi model SVR mengidentifikasi tiga faktor paling dominan: jumlah pengikut, segmen pengikut mid-tier (100 ribu-1 juta), dan jumlah penyebutan akun lain (mention). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa fondasi audiens berkualitas dan strategi kolaborasi adalah prioritas utama untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran digital. Model SVR dapat direkomendasikan sebagai alat bantu pengambilan keputusan berbasis data untuk merancang strategi konten yang lebih efektif

Abstract

The pandemic of COVID-19 spreading in Indonesia has forced the government to create an issue; work from home (WFH) policy. WFH changed the organization's work system which was originally face-to-face to become virtually. Changes in the work system are considered to be able to affect organizational performance. Indirectly, the implementation of WFH has an impact on the performance of the organization and its human resources. This study aims to analyze the performance of the management of PT. X especially in human resources during WFH implemented by the company. Results based on the strategic objectives obtained 7 KPIs. The results of the HR Scorecard method are that there are 4 perspectives, including financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective. By using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, priority performance indicators were found, namely the percentage change in performance before and after training and employee satisfaction scores. Measurement of performance indicators against supervisory targets using the Traffic Light System (TLS) gives results if there are 2 assessment indicators that meet the target and 5 assessment indicators that have not reached the target. The indicator that experienced a decline was employee training. Using the 5 whys analysis method is known to cause a decrease in employee assessment indicator; the assessment that cannot be implemented virtually.
