Abstract

Classroom Action Research is a tool that teachers can use to address problems in learning, as a means of promoting the improvement of education quality. The empirical evidence indicates that there are three categories of CAR knowledge and teacher abilities. All teachers have adequate knowledge of the CAR concept, but their ability to apply it varies. For example, some teachers have never implemented CAR, do not understand the CAR cycle, and have conducted CAR practices but have not documented them systematically, as one of the scientific publications. On the basis of these preliminary findings, SD PT BTN West Pasaman teachers may be targeted for community service activities. This service activity is carried out in four steps: analysis of the target teacher's requirements, development of a work plan, implementation of CAR training activities and writing assistance, and evaluation. This service activity will result in participants gaining a greater understanding of urgency, the implementation cycle, and compiling CAR reports in order to identify problems in classroom learning and implement solutions.
