Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi belajar, metode pembelajaran, media pembelajaran dan lingkungan Kampus secara parsial dan kolektif terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi pada mata kuliah pengantar bisnis. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) motivasi belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi mata kuliah pengantar bisnis, karena thitung (4,054) > ttabel (1,976); (2) Metode pembelajaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi mata kuliah pengantar bisnis, thitung (5,487) > ttabel (1,976); (3) Media pembelajaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi mata kuliah pengantar bisnis, karena nilai thitung (5,210) > ttabel (1,976); (4) Lingkungan Kampus berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi mata kuliah pengantar bisnis, karena nilai thitung (4,510) > ttabel (1,976); (5) Motivasi belajar, metode pembelajaran, media pembelajaran, dan lingkungan Kampus secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi mata kuliah pengantar bisnis, karena nilai Fhitung (90,652) > Ftabel (2,66).

Abstract

This research aims to find out and describe the role of the Principal in Improving the Quality of Education at SDN 02 Talago Sariak. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This is because the researcher will present an overview of the role of the school principal using data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the role of the school principal, which includes educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator, has been carried out very well. With a good character, firm but motherly, disciplined and open in financial matters, always discussing when there is a problem or something that needs to be decided. Even though in terms of infrastructure it is still not stable, during the principal's leadership this school has experienced many improvements compared to the previous one.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of the problem based learning model with collaborative games to improve students' critical thinking skills, effectiveness and learning outcomes in introductory business courses. This type of research is classroom action research. The population in this study was 16 economic education study program students taking introductory business courses. By using a saturated sampling technique, the sample for this research is 16 students from the class of 2023. The analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis The results of this research show that using the problem based learning model with the help of games has improved students' critical thinking skills. From the beginning students just sat listening to their friends discussing and only gave a little feedback, when it was replaced with the problem based learning model and collaborated with games students were more willing to express his opinion. Apart from critical thinking, students' activity has also increased, this can be seen from the way they express ideas, they try to compete to find out and get answers to problems and argue with each other. From the other side, student learning outcomes have also increased from pre-cycle with an average of 67.81 to 75.84 in cycle I and 81.30 in cycle II. So it can be concluded that the problem based learning model can improve critical thinking skills, student creativity and student learning outcomes.Keywords: Problem based learning model, critical thinking skills, activeness and learning outcomes, students

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of class X students of SMAN 1 Nan Sabaris, Padang Pariaman Regency. This is caused by low literacy interest and low student participation in the learning process. This study aims to determine the extent of influence of literacy interest and student participation in learning on student learning outcomes in economics for class X at SMAN 1 Nan Sabaris, Padang Pariaman Regency. This research is a correlational study. The population of this study was all 287 students of class X of SMAN 1 Nan Sabaris, Padang Pariaman Regency. The sampling technique used stratified proportional random sampling, totaling 167 students. The research instrument was a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used were prerequisite analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence of literacy interest (X1) and student participation level in learning (X2) on economics learning outcomes (Y), with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a calculated t-value of 7.377 >1.667 (t-table). Literacy interest and student participation level in learning have a coefficient (b1) of 0.038. This means that every 1% change in literacy interest will increase literacy interest by 3.8%. Furthermore, the coefficient (b2) is 0.058. This means that every 1% change in student participation level in learning will increase student participation level by 5.8%. The results of multiple regression testing indicate that the coefficient of determination (R2) of 30.3% of learning outcomes is influenced by literacy interest and student participation level in learning, while the remaining 69.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN 12 2x11 Enam Lingkung. Faktor penyebabnya antara lain keterlibatan siswa di dalam proses pembelajaran matematika masih kurang terlihat, penyelesaian soal–soal tidak dikaitkan dengan kehidupan sehari–hari, sehingga siswa merasa pelajaran itu hanya teori yang harus dihafal dan selama proses pembelajaran  belum menggunakan model yang membuat siswa aktif dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) terhadap hasil belajar Matematika di kelas V SDN 12 2x11 Enam Lingkung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Pre-Ekpserimental atau Eksperimen lemah sedangkan rancangan penelitian design statistic group comporison. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 12 2x11 Enam Lingkung sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas V SDN  03 2x11 Enam Lingkung sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengambilan Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa hasil belajar Matematika melalui hasil posttest dengan bentuk Multiple choice.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data pada dimensi pengetahuan. Hasil penelitian nilai rata-rata kedua kelas menunjukkan bahwa kelas eksperimen memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 84 sedangkan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh di kelas kontrol yaitu 72,57. Berdasarkan uji t didapat thitung =3,61 dan ttabel dengan derajat kebebasan dk 32 dari tabel t(0.95)(32)= 1,68. pada taraf nyata , dari  hasil perhitungan terlihat bahwa  thitung>ttabel berarti H0 ditolak  penerimaan H0 dan  Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model contextual teaching and learning (CTL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V pada pembelajaran Matematika di SDN 12 2x11 Enam Lingkung.
