Abstract

This study aims to describe the concept of quantum learning model, the steps of applying quantum learning model, the role of quantum learning in increasing multiple learning targets, and the advantages and disadvantages of quantum learning model. Quantum learning model is a learning model that can make students directly experience problems, find their own answers to problems and activities in accordance with the competencies to be achieved.  The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. Qualitative descriptive research method according to Kirk and Miller, defines that qualitative research is a certain tradition in social science that fundamentally relies on observations of humans both in their areas and in their terms. The research subjects were the English teacher, and the principal. The object of research is the students of class X-4 SMA PGRI Cicurug. The results showed that the success of quantum learning depends on the teacher's ability to understand the concept and implement quantum learning steps in their learning activities. Its application in English subjects is enough to show that there is an increase in student learning targets

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana peranan penagawas dalam meningkatkan mutu madrasah di lingkungan KKM MTs Kota Sukabumi. Gambaran tugas pengawas dalam mensupervsisi madrasah, serta faktor apa saja yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan supervisi terhadap madrasah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan lokasi penelitian pada madrasah se KKM MTs Kota Sukabumi. Adapu pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, angket. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala-kepala madrasah di KKM MTs Kota sukabumi sebanyak 27 MTs dengan dua orang pengawas. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian ini dapatlah diketahui bahwa : 1). Pengawasan atau supervisi yang diprogramkan oleh Pengawas di madrasah-madrasah se KKM MTs Kota Sukabumi telah berjalan dengan baik, supervisi meliputi : perencanaan supervisi. 2). Peranan pengawas / supervisor dalam peningkatan mutu madrasah telah dapat dirasakan hasil peningkatannya oleh setiap madrasah(Kepala Madrasah, Pendidik, Tenaga Kepentndidikan ).Pengawas madrasah yang berperan sebagai supervisor senantiasa memberikan motivasi dan masehat-nasehat, memotitoring, mengkoordinir serta memberikan fermorming leadershif dalam pelaksanaan tugas-tugas administratif kependidikan. 3). Faktor pendukung dalam peran sebagai supervisor mnadrasah dalam rangka peningkatan mutu madrasah meliputi : Dukungan pemerintah melalui motor Dinas Pendidikan atau Kementrian Agama, dengan adanya bantuan operasional sekolah(BOS) dari pemerintah pusat, BOS(Hibah pemerintah Kota) dan bantuan yang sifat nya pribadi untuk guru-guru(tunjangan fungsional dan sertifikasi/infasing). Adanya semangat kerja dari pengawas madrasah. Adanya pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi bagi kepala madrasah, pendidik, tenaga kepndidikan. Adapun faktor penghambat : Tataletak geografis anatar lempanga pendidikan yang milik pemerintah dengan swasta tidak teratur/terib. Ketimpangan perhatian pemerintah dalam pembiayan sarana prasaran pendidikan. Ketimpangan perhatian pemerataan SDM dalam pendidikan. Kurang nya SDM pengawas di lingkungan pendidikan yang ada di bawah naungan kementrian Agama.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of school organizational cooperation in improving the quality of education at MTs YLPI Ibaadurrahman. School organizational cooperation has a significant role in creating a quality and competitive educational environment. Through close cooperation between all relevant parties, including school leaders, teachers, students and parents, various initiatives and programs can be implemented effectively. This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, observations, and document analysis related to school organizational cooperation at MTs YLPI Ibaadurrahman. The collected data were analyzed thematically to identify the role and impact of school organizational cooperation on the quality of education. The results showed that school organizational cooperation at MTs YLPI Ibaadurrahman has an important role in improving the quality of education. Through synergistic cooperation, school organizations can carry out various activities, such as curriculum development, teacher training, student coaching, and procurement of adequate educational resources. This cooperation also includes collaboration with parents in supporting home learning and optimizing their role as educational partners. In the context of MTs YLPI Ibaadurrahman, the cooperation of school organizations has had a positive impact on the quality of education. This can be seen from the increase in student academic achievement, increased student participation in extracurricular activities, and increased parental satisfaction with the learning process. In addition, this collaboration also contributes to creating an inclusive, harmonious and supportive school climate. In conclusion, school organizational cooperation has an important role in improving the quality of education at MTs YLPI Ibaadurrahman. With close cooperation between school leaders, teachers, students and parents, various programs and initiatives can be carried out effectively, thus creating a quality and competitive educational environment. It is recommended that this collaboration continue to be improved and implemented on an ongoing basis to optimize the quality of education and produce quality graduates.
