Abstract

This research is aimed to study the model of recruitment of prospective members of DPD Golkar sidoarjo. The method of this research used qualitative approach. This research used data sources in the form of primary and secondary data, along with data collection techniques, namely observation, interview and documentation. The technique of data analysis used descriptive analysis by qualitative approach that includes: reduction of data, presentation of data, drawing a conclusion. The research result indicated that the recruitment of prospective members of DPD Golkar Sidoarjo has run well and was not undergoing many changes compared with the previous model of recruitment of prospective members of the party. It began with socialization of registration to the candidate of legislative member toward the volunteers. After that, it continued with self registration by young members of a legislature, join training prepared by team nine, then the candidates will be selected through scoring method.

Abstract

The purposes of this research was analyzing and describing the policy implementation of controlling population growth in Sidoarjo Regency. This research was using a source of data consists of primary and secondary data with collecting techniques of data namely: observation, interview and documentation. Data analizing technique used qualitative analysis with descriptive approach that included: collecting of data, reduction of data, presentation of data, draw a conclusion. This result of this research indicated that information education communication was still lacking and giving services to the public and lacked of planning family trainer, the duty of planning family was rising, the participate of planning family for man still low especially medical man surgery, and population growth is quite high.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education Learning is usually carried out in a formal education environment, but in fact the non-formal education environment has a major influence on the achievement of Islamic Religious Education learning such as in Minangkabau natural schools. This study aims to find out as well as explore how the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning at the Minangkabau Natural School. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach (case study design). Qualitative data sources were taken to seventeen informants, using purposive sampling technique through in-depth interviews and analyzed using document analysis. All informants are people who are directly involved in learning in Minangkabau natural schools. Overall, the results of the study indicate that there are five learning processes of Islamic Religious Education carried out in Minangkabau natural schools. The five processes are: i) determining the school curriculum, ii) compiling a learning syllabus, iii) preparing learning materials, iv) preparing learning media facilities, and v) determining the use of learning approaches and methods. The results of this study can be used as initial data for future researchers in examining this problem in different contexts and issues.
