Abstract

Haryono No. 169 Malang e-mail: ichwaniren@gmail.com Abstrak Pada skripsi ini, penulis mengangkat permasalahan hukum yang dilatar belakangi oleh seringnya terjadi kasus tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan diwilayah dompu. Yang diketahui melalui data survey awal, bahwa banyaknya kasus tindak pidana yang dilaporkan ke kepolisian resort dompu namun hanya sedikit kasus yang sudah tuntas, dari tahun 2015 hingga 2020. Rumusan masalahnya sebagai berikut : (1) Apa sajakah Hambatan penyidik kepolisian dompu dalam penegakan hukum tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan di kabupaten dompu? (2) Solusi yang dilakukan untuk menanggulangi hambatan-hambatan penyidik dompu dalam penegakan tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan?. Skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan sosiologi hukum dan antropologi hukum. Data hukum penulis dapatkan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi di Polres dompu. Data tersebut penulis analisis kembali guna menarik sebuah kesimpulan untuk penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian dengan metode diatas, penulis memperoleh jawaban atas permasalahan yang diteliti. Bahwa terdapat beberapa hambatan yang mempengaruhi efektifitas penyidik kepolisian dalam penegakan hukum tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan di wilayah hukum kabupaten dompu, hambatan-hambatan tersebut ada yang berasal dari internal kepolisian dan ada juga yang berasal eksternal kepolisian. Kemudian penelitian ini juga berusaha untuk memberikan solusi guna membantu menanggulangi hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi penyidik agar fungsi memberikan keamanan dapat berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Kata Kunci: Dompu, curat, efektifitas hukum Abstract This research studies the legal issue regarding theft cases with aggravation in Dompu. There have been related-criminal cases reported to the Sub-Regional Police of Dompu but only a small number of cases had been settled from 2015 to 2020. This research investigates: (1) what factors are hindering the police of Dompu in the inquiry into the theft cases with aggravation in the Regency of Dompu and (2) what solutions can be given to resolve the hampering factors in the inquiry. This research employed an empirical-juridical method and socio-legal and legal anthropological approaches. Research data were obtained from interviews and observation in the Sub-Regional Police Department of Dompu and they were analyzed to draw a conclusion. The research reveals that internal and external factors hamper the effectiveness of the inquiry into theft cases with aggravation within the Regency of Dompu. This research also aims to give solutions to the hindering factors to ensure that inquiry can take place accordingly. Keywords: Dompu, theft with aggravation, legal effectiveness

Abstract

This study aims to explore the internalization of Islamic leadership character values and to find out the challenges, solutions and results of internalizing Islamic leadership character values. The method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis ethnographic design, which involves semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The subjects of the research were the mentor teacher, and students. Data analysis followed three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results showed that Madrasah Intra Student Organization (OSIM: Organisasi Siswa Intra Madrasah) activities play an important role in shaping student leadership character, with a focus on developing religiosity, moderation, honesty, trustworthy cooperation, and social care. Students who are actively involved in the OSIM experience improvements in communication skills, decision-making, and self-confidence. In addition, students also show better behaviour in social and academic interactions and are able to apply Islamic values in daily life. The conclusion of this study confirms that the internalization of Islamic leadership character values through the OSIM is effective in forming a young generation with integrity and noble character. Therefore, it is recommended that educational institutions continue to integrate Islamic values into the curriculum and extracurricular activities and provide greater support to coaches in implementing effective internalization strategies. Thus, it is hoped that the younger generation will not only excel in academic aspects but also have a strong commitment to Islamic values so that they are able to face future challenges with high integrity and social responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the implementation of teacher administration and teaching and learning activities at SMP Negeri 5 Ponorogo, with a focus on the role of teachers in creating an effective learning environment. The qualitative research method uses an observational, interview, and documentation approach. The research subjects comprised Islamic Education (PAI) teachers in grade 8 with teaching experience at the school. Data analysis techniques involved processing information obtained from interviews and documents, which were then reviewed and developed according to the author's perspective. The research results indicate that mastery of teacher administration significantly influences the effectiveness of planning and implementing the learning agenda. Teachers who understand their duties and responsibilities better can plan lessons more effectively, thereby facilitating students' comprehension of the material. In conclusion, developing teachers' managerial skills is crucial for creating a conducive and effective learning environment, which ultimately positively impacts students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning (PJBL) improving learning outcomes in Islamic Education subjects. Innovation in the Project Based Leadrning (PJBL) model is a present as a solution that can solve the challenges of today’s times and tecnology to improve the learning outcomes to stodent of Muhammadiyah Elementary School. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, with a type of library research or historical research using interviews and field observation models. To guarantee the correctness of the data or validate the data, use data triangulation trough three stages, namely data collections, data reductions, and data presentation. The result is an incrase in student learning outcomes in Islamic Education Subject with the audio visual and project based learning. Abstract

The character crisis that occurs in young people is the main problem in national education. Various literature describes how the concept of character education in national education failed. This research aims to explain the idea of prophetic Leadership based on examples in the educational environment as an offer of solutions to these problems. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research is expected to reveal prophetic leadership practices located at the Daruttaqwa Islamic Boarding School, which has been dedicated for 14 years to shaping the character of teenagers. The results of the study revealed that the integration of Sapta Jiwa Pondok Pesantren Daruttaqwa with the concept of prophetic Leadership reflects values such as Sadiq (honesty) in simplicity and sincerity, Trust in obedience and responsibility, and tabligh in the totality of ukhuwah and sacrifice. Fathanah (intelligence) is manifested in intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence. The concept of boarding school in this Islamic boarding school provides a social interaction experience that hones the emotional intelligence of students. The incorporation of these values in the curriculum and the lives of students shows the dedication of leaders and educators in building a comprehensive character education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the Hubbul Ilmii method in improving the ability to read the Qur'an in early childhood at Griya Qur'an al-Inayah Pulung Ponorogo. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method to describe in depth the process of planning, implementing, and evaluating Qur'an learning. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with caregivers and ustadzah, and documentation of learning activities, with subjects consisting of 50 active students and teaching staff. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn, with triangulation as a data validity technique. The results of the study showed that the application of the Hubbul Ilmii method significantly improved the ability to read the Qur'an within 36 meetings. Before learning, 68% of students were in the category of "not yet able to read" and only 10% were "reading fluently and tajweed", while after learning the category of "not being able to read" dropped to 6% and "reading fluently and tajweed" increased to 82%. The learning approach that combines play, coloring, memorization, and personal mentoring creates a fun, interactive, and appropriate learning environment for early childhood characteristics. In conclusion, the Hubbul Ilmii method has proven to be effective in improving Qur'an literacy through structured, visual-kinesthetic, and contextual learning, so that it can be used as an alternative model of Qur'an learning for Islamic educational institutions in rural areas with limited facilities and has the potential to be developed widely through teacher training and simple technology adaptation.
