Abstract

Entering the pandemic period, training institutions seemed to be forced to switch to using online learning methods. In fact, online learning is like off-line learning which requires discussions, brainstorming, sharing experiences between participants in order to attract participant interaction. Unfortunately, the facilitator often only relies on the main lecture if the material being studied is quite a lot, which results in the participants getting bored and not feeling involved in the lesson. This study aims to find out whether the Google Jamboard application can be used as an alternative learning media, assisting facilitators in attracting participant involvement in CPNS basic training learning and at the same time assisting facilitators in managing synchronous learning time. The research method used is qualitative research and data collection techniques are carried out using questionnaires and documentation. Based on the research results Google Jamboard can be used as an alternative learning media with various considerations including this media used in online learning methods, the target participants are all millennial so they are familiar with technology, media flexibility in systematics and presentation of material, learning objectives, the benefits of media in time management and no less important to attract the interaction of participants in learning. ABSTRAKMemasuki masa pandemi, lembaga diklat seolah dipaksa untuk beralih menggunakan metode pembelajaran dalam jaringan (daring). Sejatinya pemeblajaran daring tak ubahnya seperti pemebajaran luar jaringan (luring) yang membutuhkan diskusi, curah pendapat, berbagi pengalaman antar peserta agar menarik interaksi peserta. Sayangnya seringkali fasilitator hanya mengandalkan ceramah utamanya jika materi yang dipelajari cukup banyak yang berdampak pada peserta bosan dan tidak merasa terlibat dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah aplikasi Google Jamboard dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran, membantu fasilitator dalam menarik keterlibatan peserta dalam pembelajaran pelatihan dasar CPNS dan sekaligus membantu fasilitator dalam mengatur waktu pembelajaran syncronous. Metode penelitian yang diguanakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Google Jamboard dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran dengan berbagai pertimbangan diantaranya media ini digunakan dalam metode pembelajaran daring, target peserta yang keseluruhannya adalah generasi millenial sehingga telah akrab dengan teknologi, fleksibilitas media dalam sistematika dan penyajian materi, tujuan pembelajaran, manfaat media dalam pengaturan waktu serta tak kalah penting menarik interaksi peserta pada pembelajaran.

Abstract

Evaluation is an essential part of forming optimal services according to the expectations and needs of users. This study aims to evaluate competency development services, including programs, organizers, and facilitators, so that people can know the quality of services received by users of competency development services at the BRIN Karangsambung Geodiversity Area. The results of this study help maintain, improve, and enhance services and become considerations for stakeholders. This study used a survey method with accidental sampling as the sampling technique. The evaluation results show that implementing competency development services at the BRIN Karangsambung Geodiversity Area is very good, with an overall average score of 3.70 on a scale of 4.00. Suggestions for improving services need to enhance coordination between service functions, consumption management, and the quality of lodging facilities.
