Abstract

Dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini secara professional. Perlu penerapan 8 Standar Nasional Pendidikan untuk penilaian kelayakan program satuan pendidikan yang di tetapkan oleh Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP) dan UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, pasal 1 ayat (22). Workshop manajemen pengelolaan menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan pendampingan dan observasi dipandang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengelola lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini di Desa Tulehu, Kecamatan Salahutu Kabupaten Maluku Tengah Provinsi Maluku. Dengan diadakannya workshop oleh mahasiswa PKM, diharapkan dapat memberikan peningkatan pemahaman terhadap pengelolaan PAUD. Dan dari perolehan data didapatkan bahwa 36 orang guru RA dan TK yang berasal dari 8 lembaga RA dan 5 lembaga TK yang ada di Desa Tulehu Kecamatan Salahutu melalui pre test dan post test didapatkan peningkatan terhadap pemahaman peserta mengenai Pengelolaan PAUD, di buktikan dengan adanya Implementasi dari beberapa RA dan TK yang mulai melengkapi data lembaganya terkait dengan 8 Standar.

Abstract

In the contemporary digital landscape, parents grapple with challenges surrounding their children's gadget use. This qualitative study delves into how parents employ positive discipline to address the impact of gadgets on 5-6-year-olds. Through interviews with five parents, the research uncovers insights into parental strategies. Positive reinforcement, including positive stories, emerges as a key mediation tool. Agreements were reached, designating specific weekend timeframes for gadget use, though challenges related to parental consistency were noted. Discipline measures ranged from verbal reprimands to physical consequences, while rewards included praise and tangible gifts. Despite inconsistent agreement adherence, positive changes were observed in children's behaviour, reflecting increased politeness, gentleness, obedience, and enhanced creativity. This research sheds light on the dynamics of parental efforts to navigate gadget-related challenges and emphasizes the role of positive discipline in shaping children's behaviour in the digital age
