Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and uncover, 1) Implementation of the Arabic Learning process in the Arabic language and literature department of UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, 2) the steps of teaching Arabic by the Arabic language lecturers through the book Al-Qawaid al-Arabiyah al-Muyassarah ", 3 ) the level of mastery of Arabic vocabulary in Arabic language and literature students at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, 4) the weaknesses and strengths of al-Qawaid al-Arabiyah al-Muyassarah books ”. in learning Arabic at UIN STS JambiThis research design uses a qualitative research approach, the target or respondents of this study are students majoring in Arabic and Arabic who are studying Arabic semester one. Data collection techniques through questionnaires in the form of quizzes that are open and closed, and also interviews. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively by producing data through analytical techniques suggested by Miles and Huberman, which was done in steps 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, 3) conclusion drawing.The results of this study can be seen 1) the Arabic learning process at UIN STS Jambi uses a grammatical-translation approach, namely lecturers teaching qawaid, without honing skills such as kalam, qiraah and kitabah, 2) there is progress in mastering Arabic vocabulary, after it is applied al-qawaid al-arabiyah al-muyassarah book, many students have Arabic vocabulary because the book uses Arabic in total, and also the package book gives training on developing the abilities of istima ', kalam, qiraah, and kitabah.

Abstract

Sertifikasi pendidik merupakan sebuah program yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, atau dengan kata lain pemilikan sertifikat pendidik oleh guru merupakan representasi kualitas kinerja guru itu sendiri. Dengan adanya sertifikasi juga diharapkan memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap kinerja guru. Tujuan utama diadakan program sertifikasi adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kinerja, kreatifitas, serta mampu menjalankan fungsi-fungsi lainnya yang berhubungan dengan proses belajar mengajar. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah di atas, peneliti tertarik untuk mengungkapkan fenomena ini kedalam sebuah bentuk penelitian.Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah sertifikasi yang telah didapatkan guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru Madrasah. Sertifikasi merupakan sarana atau instrumen untuk mencapai suatu tujuan, bukan tujuan itu sendiri. Perlu ada kesadaran dan pemahaman dari semua pihak bahwa sertifikasi adalah sarana untuk menuju kualitas. Kesadaran dan pemahaman ini akan melahirkan aktivitas yang benar, bahwa apapun yang dilakukan adalah untuk mencapai kualitas. Kalau seorang guru kembali masuk kampus untuk meningkatkan kualifikasinya, maka belajar kembali ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan tambahan ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan, sehingga mendapatkan ijazah sarjana.

Abstract

This article is derived from an undergraduate thesis that analyzes the intrinsic elements of the film Suad (2021) directed by Ayten Amin using a structuralist approach. The study aims to examine how intrinsic elements-namely theme, characters and characterization, plot, setting, point of view, language style, and moral message-interact to construct the overall meaning of the film. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a library research design. The primary data source is the film Suad, while secondary data consist of books, academic journals, and previous studies related to structuralism and film analysis. The findings reveal that the central theme of the film is the search for identity and psychological alienation experienced by an adolescent girl within a conservative social environment. The main character is portrayed through strong psychological characterization, supported by a linear plot that emphasizes everyday routines and emotional tension. The setting, both spatial and temporal, reflects social pressure and emotional isolation, while the limited third-person point of view allows viewers to observe the character’s inner conflict without explicit moral judgment. The language style is realistic and minimalist, relying heavily on visual expression and silence rather than dialogue. Overall, the film conveys a profound moral message concerning the importance of empathy, emotional support, and mental health awareness, particularly for adolescents. This study concludes that Suad presents a coherent structural unity in which intrinsic elements function synergistically to deliver a strong social and psychological critique.
