Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Green Talent Management (GTM) such as Green Soft TM and Green Hard TM on innovative work behavior mediated by psychological empowerment. This study used 150 samples taken from employees of PT Hindoli Mill Sungai Lilin (a cargil company). The data analysis used in this study used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method, namely Partial Least Square (PLS) with SamrtPLS 4.0 software. The results obtained in this study indicate that: (1) Green Soft TM has no positive effect on innovative work behavior, (2) Green hard TM has a positive effect on innovative work behavior, (3) Psychological empowerment has a positive effect on innovative work behavior, (4) Green Soft TM has a positive effect on psychological empowerment, (5) Green Hard TM has a positive effect on psychological empowerment, (6) Green Soft TM has a positive effect on innovative work behavior mediated by psychological empowerment, (7) Green Hard TM has a positive effect on innovative work behavior mediated by psychological empowerment.

Abstract

This analysis aims to determine the planning needed to set up a craft business and the business feasibility of KUB Mampu Jaya. The joint business group in the hotel slipper sector is a collective initiative that aims to produce and distribute slippers (slippers) specifically for hotels. With the development of the hotel industry, the demand for quality and comfortable hotel slippers continues to increase. This collaborative group of companies was created to meet these needs through the collaboration of various parties with diverse resources and expertise. The main objective of KUB Mampu Jaya is to increase the production and marketing efficiency of hotel slippers, ensure high product quality, and increase competitiveness in the market. In addition, KUB Mampu Jaya empowers local communities by creating jobs and new business opportunities. KUB Mampu Jaya uses a collaborative approach where each member contributes according to their expertise and resources. The production process involves several stages, starting from design, material selection, production, to distribution. Modern and environmentally friendly production technology is used to ensure product quality and sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki fokus pembahasan tentang penerapan etika bisnis Islam yang menjadi sebuah jawaban akan banyaknya kasus kecurangan-kecurangan dalam dunia bisnis yang seringkali menyimpang dari ajaran-ajaran dan nilai moralitas Agama. Metode penelitan ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan data yang diperoleh sebagai hasil suatu penelitian dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui penelitian lapangan dan penelitian melalui kajian pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini PT Armenarika Perdana cabang Yogyakarta sebagai perusahaan yang berlebel perusahaan syariah, yaitu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penyelenggara pelayanan perjalanan Ibadah Haji khusus dan Umrah telah menerapkan lima aksioma dari etika bisnis Islam dengan selalu berorientasi untuk menjadi perusahaan yang berlandaskan syariat Islam dalam operasional perusahaan, memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada stakeholder perusahaan, melakukan inovasi bisnis dengan mempertimbangkan kemaslahatan bersama, bertanggungjawab dengan penawaran produk perusahaan,serta melakukan program CSR perusahaan berupa pemberian santunan kepada kaum duafa.
