Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Green Talent Management (GTM) such as Green Soft TM and Green Hard TM on innovative work behavior mediated by psychological empowerment. This study used 150 samples taken from employees of PT Hindoli Mill Sungai Lilin (a cargil company). The data analysis used in this study used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method, namely Partial Least Square (PLS) with SamrtPLS 4.0 software. The results obtained in this study indicate that: (1) Green Soft TM has no positive effect on innovative work behavior, (2) Green hard TM has a positive effect on innovative work behavior, (3) Psychological empowerment has a positive effect on innovative work behavior, (4) Green Soft TM has a positive effect on psychological empowerment, (5) Green Hard TM has a positive effect on psychological empowerment, (6) Green Soft TM has a positive effect on innovative work behavior mediated by psychological empowerment, (7) Green Hard TM has a positive effect on innovative work behavior mediated by psychological empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the form of transformational leadership style is applied in the Bappelitbangda office of Batu Bara Regency and how the influence of the role of this leadership style in increasing work motivation and employee performance then comparing the situation in the field with the theories that have been obtained by the author. The data analysis method used by the author in this research is a case study with a qualitative method and descriptive approach obtained through observation and interview data collection techniques with the employees concerned as primary data, as well as conducting documentation in the environment around the office as secondary data. The results of the research that has been done show that the role of transformational leadership applied by the leader has been running well, there is a positive influence in increasing work motivation and employee performance and can be said to be able to increase work motivation and employee performance at the Bappelitbangda office, Batu Bara Regency, North Sumatra.

Abstract

Abstract: SDN 1 Demung Besuki is a public school located in the western part of Situbondo Regency. The school has ±10 teachers and has ±102 students. Knowledge of computer technology for HR at SDN 1 Demung Besuki, especially students, is currently still very low. This is known from the knowledge of some students who are still not proficient in operating computers. In addition, students rarely use or even never use computers because many students do not have computers and the lack of existing computer laboratory facilities. Currently, the use of computers is only used by schools and teachers. Therefore, basic computer introduction training is needed for SDN 1 Demung Besuki students to improve the quality of existing students. The method used is through observation and preparation, implementation and evaluation. The result of this proportion training is that students can manage computer equipment properly and correctly, namely 80% of the total who attended the training and students who can manage word processing applications / Ms Word properly and truly are 85% and 78% of students who can manage number processing applications / Ms Excel properly and correctly..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan menguji efektivitas sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web termasuk modul pencatatan transaksi, integrasi payment gateway, dan modul pemantauan kesehatan dalam rangka meningkatkan transparansi pengelolaan uang saku dan mendukung pemantauan kesehatan santri di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Qur’an (PPNQ). Sistem dirancang menggunakan model Waterfall dan diimplementasikan dengan framework Laravel mencakup modul pencatatan transaksi keuangan terintegrasi dengan payment gateway, modul pemantauan riwayat kesehatan, serta fitur notifikasi otomatis kepada wali santri. Pengujian fungsional dilakukan dengan Black Box Testing, sedangkan penerimaan pengguna dievaluasi melalui User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi inti berjalan sesuai spesifikasi pada Black Box Testing. Hasil UAT menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan yang sangat baik, dengan nilai 94,44% dari koordinator dan 91,25% dari wali santri, mengindikasikan sistem layak dipakai dan bermanfaat untuk mendukung transparansi serta efisiensi administrasi pesantren. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan fitur lanjutan (mis. laporan PDF otomatis, aplikasi mobile) untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan skalabilitas sistem.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of employee work ability on work creativity in the digital era mediated by work motivation and job opportunities. This research was conducted on Star Up companies spread across Sleman district, Yogyakarta. This study used quantitative methods using sampling methods that were the same as the population in this study. The sample that met the criteria amounted to 105 respondents. Test the hypothesis of this study using Smart PLS version 3.2.9. The results obtained that Employee work ability has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, Employee work ability has a positive and significant effect on job opportunities, Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Creativity in the digital era, Job opportunities have a positive and significant effect on work motivation For Employee Creativity in the digital era, there is a mediating role in the relationship between Employee Work Ability and Employee Creativity in the digital era in Job Motivation mediation, and there is a mediating role in the relationship between Employee Work Ability and Employee Creativity in the digital era in Job Opportunity mediation.

Abstract

Internet access in universities facilitates students' learning. However, students often use the internet during class for non-academic activities such as social media, games, or shopping. This behavior, known as cyberslacking, can cause students to lose focus and lower their academic performance. This study aims to investigate the effects of media multitasking efficacy and technostress on cyberslacking and academic performance. The study used a quantitative method with 270 management students at Universitas Islam Indonesia. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results of this study showed that media multitasking efficacy negatively affected cyberslacking, while technostress positively affected it. Additionally, cyberslacking adversely affected academic performance. The findings also revealed that media multitasking efficacy had a positive impact on educational achievement, with cyberslacking as a mediator.
