Abstract

The Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) is a regional apparatus or institution tasked with assisting the Governor or Regent in carrying out regional government affairs. In the field sector, the Bantul Regency Satpol PP has a Secretariat sector. One of the functions of the secretariat at the Bantul Regency Satpol PP is as a place for archiving or storing documents within the Satpol PP environment. This secretariat sector still uses manual methods to search for archival document data that will be needed again. From interviews obtained at the Bantul Regency Satpol PP, they do not yet have a system or application for storing archival documents. Then a manual search is carried out by sorting the documents one by one in a filling box or filing cabinet which contains many documents from year to year. This is less effective. From the findings of these problems, a solution emerged to create a website-based archiving system that can simplify the work of Satpol PP secretariat members and as a digital document storage that can simplify document archiving and searching by applying Boyer Moore's String Matching algorithm in searching data. The Boyer Moore algorithm is an algorithm for searching for a keyword (pattern) in text by comparing characters or letters from the right of the pattern to the left. The test results were carried out by comparing the search speed of the Boyer Moore algorithm and without the algorithm. The search was carried out for 40 document data and resulted in an average time of 0.000107 seconds for searching using the Boyer Moore algorithm. Abstract

TB. Prima Vista masih menggunakan pencatatan manual dalam pengelolaan persediaan, yang sering menimbulkan kesalahan, keterlambatan pencatatan, dan kesulitan dalam pemantauan stok. Kondisi ini menghambat efisiensi operasional dan meningkatkan risiko kekurangan atau kelebihan stok. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan sistem inventori berbasis website dengan metode First In First Out (FIFO), yang memastikan barang yang masuk lebih awal digunakan terlebih dahulu. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dan database MySQL. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan, mempercepat proses pengelolaan stok, serta memberikan kemudahan akses data secara real-time bagi pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, mempercepat pencarian data barang, serta memungkinkan pemantauan stok yang lebih akurat dan efisien. Dengan penerapan sistem berbasis website ini, TB. Prima Vista dapat mengelola persediaan secara lebih optimal, meningkatkan efektivitas operasional, dan memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada pelanggan.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bantul memiliki berbagai destinasi wisata yang beragam, namun banyaknya pilihan sering menyulitkan wisatawan dalam menentukan destinasi yang sesuai dengan preferensi mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem rekomendasi destinasi wisata berbasis website di Kabupaten Bantul menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode SAW digunakan untuk memberikan perangkingan destinasi wisata berdasarkan kriteria biaya, fasilitas, aksesibilitas, dan tingkat popularitas. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, framework CodeIgniter 4, dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu memberikan rekomendasi destinasi wisata yang sesuai dengan preferensi pengguna dan seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan dengan baik berdasarkan pengujian Black Box. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu wisatawan dalam memilih destinasi wisata secara lebih objektif, mudah, dan efisien di Kabupaten Bantul. Bantul Regency offers a wide variety of tourist destinations, but the sheer number of options often makes it difficult for tourists to choose a destination that aligns with their preferences. This study aims to develop a web-based tourist destination recommendation system for Bantul Regency using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The SAW method is used to rank tourist destinations based on criteria such as cost, facilities, accessibility, and popularity. The system was developed using the Waterfall method with the PHP programming language, the CodeIgniter 4 framework, and a MySQL database. The results of the study indicate that the developed system is capable of providing travel destination recommendations that align with user preferences, and all system functions operate effectively based on Black Box testing. This system is expected to assist travelers in selecting travel destinations in Bantul Regency in a more objective, easy, and efficient manner.
