Abstract

The use of information and communication technology (ICT) in the world has become increasingly widespread. This can be seen from the use of ICT which is not limited to the trade sector, but also in other fields, such as education, defense and state security, social and so on. ICT is used because it has advantages compared to using traditional methods of interaction. The advantages of ICT are speed, convenience, lower costs, data centralization and data access that can be used by all groups. With the advantages as above, it can be said that using ICT can create efficiency in the movement of human life in interacting with each other. Therefore, ICT is widely applied in various fields of human life, and with the advantages offered by this technology, it is starting to be applied in government practice. The development of technology and information sources from all media, it turns out that internet media is currently very popular with the public and business people. The information obtained is fast and accurate and can also be used and obtained anywhere. The use of technology and information is increasingly wider in scope, including in government management. Implementing E-Government is also a necessity in responding to challenges in the current Information Technology Era. One of them is by developing a website that can increase information disclosure. By implementing a website, it can help provide information and as a means to reach the public, which of course can help the performance of the Kendari City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service (DPPPA) to improve services to the community.

Abstract

Hamlet 4 Sialang Village, Bangun Purba Subdistrict, Deli Serdang is an area where most of its residents have income in the agricultural sector. But in the implementation of agriculture, this hamlet has not utilized natural products, in this case cow dung, as a basic ingredient for organic fertilizer that is used in its own agriculture or traded. So this community service report aims to enable the people of Thekelan Hamlet to make compost made from cow dung to improve agriculture and the community's economy. The community service method is carried out in three stages; preparation stage, socialization and application stage, and final stage. The preparation stage was carried out by making a composting module. The socialization stage is carried out in community meetings and special socialization, as well as training in making compost from fermentation using EM4 and starbio on cow dung. The final stage consists of making a final report. The expected result is that the community of Dusun 4 Sialang Village is able to make solid compost made from cow dung that can be used in agriculture, as well as commercialized so that it can improve the community's economy.

Abstract

Komunikasi merupakan panduan dari perencanaan dan manajemen untuk mencapai tujuan. Menghafal adalah belajar dengan perasaan hubungan antara kata dan maknanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa strategi komunikasi Asatidz dalam peningkatan hafalan Al-Qur’an di TPQ Ratibul Haddad Labuapi dan kendala yang dilakukan Asatidz oleh santri di TPQ Ratibul Haddad Labuapi.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dari penelitian ini di peroleh dari berbagai sumber data guna menjawab permasalahan peneliti yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Pace dan Faules sebagai landasan dalam pembuatan skripsi ini. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 5 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang analisis strategi komunikasi Asatidz dalam meningkatkan hafalan Al-Qur’an anak-anak di TPQ Ratibul Haddad Labuapi dengan menggunakan teori Pace dan Faules tentang strategi komunikasi yang terdiri dari tiga tujuan yaitu To Sucare Understanding yang merujuk pada komunikan mengerti pesan yang diterima, berupa penerimaan masukan. To Estalish Acceptance yang merujuk pada komunikan mengerti dan menerima pesan, hal tersebut berupa jadwal dalam menghafal, memanfaatkan waktu dan mengulang pelajaran. To Motive Action yang merujuk pada kegiatan harus dimotivasikan, hal tersebut berupa kelanjutan pendidikan dan motivasi yang bermanfaat dilingkungan. Kendala strategi komunikasi asatidz dan santri di TPQ Ratibul Haddad Labuapi yaitu kurang peduli dan lemahnya ingatan
