Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendiskripsikan pelaksanaan supervisi model MITD (Management, Information Technology, Teamwork, Do and Development) di Banlanga School Chana District, Thailand. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah uji derajat kepercayaan, uji ketergantuangan, uji keteralihan. dan uji kepastian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor serta guru sebagai supervisee. Pre-conference dilaksanakan sebelum semester baru melalui rapat yang dihadiri oleh keplaa sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan seluruh guru yang membahas mengenai permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dan memanfaatkan grup obrolan Line sebagai media komunikasi. Conference dilaksanakan tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu melalui kunjungan kelas dengan kepala sekolah melakukan pengamatan dan menanyakan guru pertanyaan reflektif. Post-conference dilaksanakan ketika kelas selesai dengan membahas hasil kunjungan kelas dan mendiskusikan mengenai strategi untuk mengembangkan diri guru. Abstract This study aims to determine and describe the implementation of the MITD (Management, Information Technology, Teamwork, Do and Development) model supervision at Banlanga School Chana District, Thailand. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach and case study research design. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and document study. The analysis technique used was data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data validity test used in the research is reliability test, dependability test, transferability test, and confirmability test. The results showed that supervision was conducted by the school director and deputy director as supervisors and teachers as supervisees. Pre-conference is conducted before the new semester through a meeting attended by the school director, deputy director, and all teachers who discuss the problems faced by teachers in teaching and learning activities and utilise Line chat groups as a medium of communication. Conferences are conducted without prior notice through classroom visits with the principal making observations and asking teachers reflective questions. Post-conferences are held when the class is finished by discussing the results of the class visit and discussing strategies for teacher self-development.
