Abstract

Limbah aktivitas medis di rumah sakit menjadi permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta. Sampah medis perlu dikelola agar tidak menyebabkan pencemaran dan penyebaran virus penyakit. Saat ini, pengelolaan limbah medis dikelola oleh pihak ketiga tetapi pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta mulai merancang pengolahan sendiri di sekitar TPA Piyungan. Penentuan rute dapat dilakukan dengan metode Vehicle Routing Problem with Multiple Trips and Intermediate  Facility (VRPMTIF) dengan Nearest Neighbor Algorithm untuk menentukan node berikutnya agar dapat meminimasi jarak pengangkutan, menghemat jumlah kendaraan, tenaga kerja pengangkutan serta waktu pengangkutan.Hasil Penelitian menyatakan bahwa aktivitas pengangkutan sampah limbah medis ini memerlukan lima kendaraan. Kendaraan 1 (k=1) menempuh 34640 m untuk mengambil sampah limbah medis di Rumah Sakit dengan rute 0-21-17-18-1-6-15-a-19-a-0. Kendaraan 2 (k=2) menempuh jarak 44968 m dengan rute 0-20-16-12-7-9-a-0. Kendaraan 3 (k=3) menempuh jarak 51291 m dengan rute pengangkutan 0-10-5-8-a-0. Kendaraan 4 (k=4) menempuh rute 0-3-11-14-a-0 dengan jarak 58619 m. Sedangkan terakhir (k=5) menempuh jarak sepanjang 58799 m untuk rute 0-2-13-4-a-0. Penentuan rute pengangkutan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh kapasitas kendaraan, jarak tempuh serta jam kerja.Kata Kunci: Vehicle Routing Problem with Multiple Trips and Intermediate Facility (VRPMTIF), Nearest Neighbor  Algorithm

Abstract

One of the main factors that determines a company's performance is producing high quality products. In order to achieve this goal, a good strategy must be implemented, one of which is paying attention to and maintaining the quality of the products produced so that they can meet consumer needs. The research aims to analyze defective products in vane housing products at PT. Sumiden Sintered Components Indonesia. The research I conducted used the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method. So the problem formulation in this research is to identify and analyze what factors cause housing vane products to experience these defects. So what improvements can be implemented to improve the quality of the housing vane product? The sample collection method uses a check sheet tool to determine the level of success of the research carried out. The analysis model is to compare data on a fishbone diagram before and after implementation. The results obtained in this research are reducing products that should be thrown away into products that can be reprocessed and reducing company losses.
