Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the influence of organizational justice, trust, and organizational commitment on the organizational performance of RSU Puri Asih Karawang. The research utilized a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 118 nurses employed at Puri Asih Karawang General Hospital. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings revealed that organizational justice, trust, and organizational commitment had a positive and significant impact on the organizational performance of Puri Asih Karawang General Hospital.
