Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to investigate the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty with a focus on the "Nanung Broiler" kiosk in Majenang District. This research explores various indicators that influence customer loyalty, including aspects such as product taste, product quality, ease of communication, ability to borrow, kiosk location, order pick-up and delivery service, and stock availability. The research method used involves surveys, observations and interviews with customers who have subscribed to the "Nanung Broiler" kiosk.The research results show that these factors have a significant impact in influencing customer satisfaction and in turn, customer loyalty. "Nanung Broiler" customers tend to remain loyal because they feel the unique taste of the product, consistent product quality, ease of communicating with traders, the ability to borrow in emergency situations, strategic kiosk location, easy pick-up and drop-off service for orders, and good stock availability. always ready. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Pengaruh Harga dan Lokasi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel harga, dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian tas di industri Villatas jaya Nusawungu, dengan hasil sebagai berikut: Terdapat pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian di Villatas jaya Nusawungu ditunjukan dari hasi uji parsial dengan diperoleh t hitung (2,553) ˃ t tabel (1,666) dengan hasil signifikan kurang dari 0,05,.Terdapat pengaruh lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian di Villatas jaya Nusawungu ditunjukan dari hasi uji parsial dengan diperoleh t hitung (5,064) ˃ t tabel (1,666) dengan hasil signifikan kurang dari 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh harga dan lokasi secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian di Villatas jaya Nusawungu, ditunjukan dari hasil uji simultan dengan diperoleh F hitung (39,380) ˃ F tabel (3,12) dengan hasil signifikan kurang dari 0,05,Dari hasil koefisien determinasi nilai Adjusted R Square (R2) sebesar 0,509 yang berarti bahwa lokasi dan harga secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 50,9% sedangkan sisanya (100% - 50,9% = 49,1%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The sustainability of a college is determined by many factors. Among them is whether the college is known or not so that the community will entrust the education process of their children to the college. Various efforts to introduce the university can be done with the right marketing strategy. Marketing mix is ​​a strategy of strengthening from within, either in the form of services or the provision of supporting services (physical and non-physical). The marketing mix is ​​a unit of several elements which in its implementation are interrelated and mutually supportive. Its application in higher education marketing is carried out with careful planning and involves all the existing academic community. The application of the marketing mix is ​​the right strategy because this strategy is a strengthening strategy from within so that it can be planned and programmed according to the capabilities and conditions of the university.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Relationship between Organizational Culture and Performance at FE UNUGHA Cilacap. From the results of the author's observations and research, it can be concluded that Organizational Culture and performance are two things that are interrelated with one another. In general, organizational culture and performance at FE UNUGHA still need improvement in various fields. Among them are the quality and effectiveness of the performance of each lecturer. Apart from that, in organizational culture, communication patterns between leaders and lecturers still need to be optimized.

Abstract

This research is entitled Compensation for Village Officials in Adimulya Wanareja Village. From the results of the author's observations and research, it can be concluded that the compensation for the Adimulya Village apparatus, seen from the perspective of the amount obtained, still needs to be increased, as well as the event and time of administration. It is hoped that this will become the government's attention to pay more attention to the welfare of village officials.
