Abstract

Penyajian informasi visual sangat penting dalam menyampaikan pesan secara efektif. Informasi visual memiliki kekuatan untuk menyampaikan ide, data, dan konsep secara cepat, menarik, dan mudah diingat. Informasi visual cenderung lebih mudah diingat daripada informasi dalam bentuk teks. Rasio pemrosesan visual dalam otak manusia jauh lebih tinggi, sehingga informasi visual dapat meninggalkan kesan yang lebih kuat dan tahan lama dalam ingatan. Canva adalah salah satu alat atau platform yang populer digunakan untuk mendesain informasi visual. Canva menawarkan berbagai fitur dan template yang memudahkan pengguna dalam membuat grafis, infografis, poster, presentasi, dan desain visual lainnya. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan Canva dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi HRD dalam menciptakan materi dan konten yang menarik serta memperkuat komunikasi visual dalam lingkup tugas mereka. Dengan Canva, HRD dapat membuat brosur, poster, undangan, dan materi promosi lainnya dengan mudah dan cepat. Mereka dapat memilih template yang sesuai, menambahkan informasi acara, mengedit desain, dan menghasilkan materi promosi yang menarik dan profesional.

Abstract

The community service program titled 'Catfish Farming in Buckets and Digital Marketing Efforts Using Social Media' aims to provide participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills on simple, cost-effective, and appropriate methods for catfish farming in limited spaces. This initiative responds to the needs of the Tembalang community, which seeks to engage in farming activities on limited land while also exploring ways to market their agricultural products via social media platforms. The training was conducted using a participatory approach, which incorporated theory, hands-on practice, and interactive discussions. The content of the training included, among other things, techniques for catfish farming in buckets as well as strategies for utilizing social media to market the cultivated catfish products. Participants were guided to apply proper aquaculture practices using the provided cultivation buckets and equipment, and were then asked to capture images of their farming outcomes to be used as marketing content on social media. The implementation of this activity proceeded smoothly, and the participants showed strong enthusiasm throughout the process. It is anticipated that this training will enable the Tembalang community to effectively leverage technology, particularly social media platforms such as WhatsApp, as a tool for digital marketing of their catfish farming products.

Abstract

Menurut Badan Perencanaan dan Pembangungan Daerah (BAPPEDA) kemiskinan adalah kondisi dimana seseorang atau sekelompok orang tidak mampu memenuhi hak-hak dasarnya untuk mempertahankan dan mengembangkan kehidupan yang bermartabat, dimana hak-hak dasar tersebut yaitu terpenuhinya kebutuhan pangan, kesehatan, pendidikan, pekerjaan, perumahan, air bersih, pertanahan, sumber daya alam dan lingkungan hidup, rasa aman dari tindak kekerasan dan hak berpartisipasi dalam sosial politik. Kemiskinan di Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya ialah tingkat pengangguran yaitu karena tingkat pengangguran yang tinggi menyebabkan rendahnya pendapatan yang selanjutnya memicu munculnya kemiskinan. Dimana provinsi dengan jumlah penduduk miskin terbanyak di Pulau Jawa adalah provinsi Jawa Timur yaitu mencapai 4.332.590 jiwa. Tingkat kemiskinan di Jawa Timur dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya yaitu Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto per kapita, dan belanja publik. Untuk mengelompokan data kemiskinan di Jawa Timur penelitian ini menggunakan metode K-Means++. Dimana data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang mana diambil pada BDT TNP2K BAPPEDA JawaTimur pada tahun 2015 yang diunduh pada website http://www.tnp2k.go.id/. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi beberapa tahap diantaranya analisa masalah, pengumpulan data, metode usulan, serta eksperimen dan juga pengujian. Data yang didapatkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan beberapa langkah yaitu: menentukan jumlah klaster K=2, inisialisasi centroid, menghitung jumlah jarak terdekat, menentukan pusat klaster baru, mengalokasikan data sampai datanya tidak berpindah kelompok. Setelah dianalisis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa data kemiskinan di Jawa Timur terbentuk menjadi 2 klaster dan juga didapat kesimpulan bahwa K-means++ lebih baik dari pada K-Means.

Abstract

According to Ferrari in his 2012 research, it was explained that academic procrastination is a type of procrastination carried out on types of formal tasks related to academic assignments, which can be school assignments or course assignments. One of the characteristics of academic procrastination is the time gap between plans and actual performance. In this research, it is proposed to disseminate time management to guidance and counseling teachers and female students regarding time management for students who are very active on social media. In research (Rifa'i and Syahrina 2019), the elements put forward by Zimmerman in his research on self-regulated learning are explained, with these elements students are able to decide for themselves or with the help of others, what their needs are, how to set targets. learning, what strategies will be used in completing academic assignments and being able to monitor one's own progress. Counseling guidance for students is expected to help students find out their own progress.

Abstract

Information technology in the near future is indeed experiencing a very drastic change towards progress so that it needs to be utilized properly. By utilizing information technology combined with religious education, it will have a positive impact in improving academic and non-academic achievements. There are still many people who have difficulty in managing time so that more time is used towards information technology than towards religious education. By harmonizing the two in balance, humans will become lucky creatures. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training to students of SMA Muhammadiyah MBS Weleri to be able to utilize information technology combined with Islamic religious education taught at school to achieve good achievements. Participants in this service are XII grade students at SMA Muhammadiyah MBS Weleri who will later face school graduation exams. So the need for time management so that they can divide their time well. The results of this community service are able to provide scientific knowledge in utilizing cellphones properly and wisely for reminders of both religious and learning activities.

Abstract

Mobile phones can be used to communicate with each other quickly, whenever and wherever. With the rise of smartphones, users began to switch to using the internet as a medium of communication. Apart from being a communication device, today`s smartphone also has features and facilities that can be utilized to facilitate the work, such as cameras, GPS, and various sensors. Looking at this, business people are eager to create mobile apps to expand their business dimensions and to ease and provide better services to their customer. No exception is a vehicle insurance service company that intends to create a mobile application to provide services to its customers whenever and wherever they are. The application must enable the customer to file an insurance claim. Customers can also track the progress of the stages of claim work. At the time of the claim submission process, the customer may choose a partner workshop to work on the claim process. Because this app is mobile, it should also have a feature to search partner workshop located near the customer's location. So with the creation of mobile smartphone-based applications allow users to make claims and monitor / track claim progress on anywhere in real-time. The workshop search feature will use geolocation positioning method using GPS device on the smartphone to get the customer`s current location and search for a partner workshop within a certain radius.
