Abstract

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding whether there is an influence of price, place, and direct marketing on purchase decisions for coconut fiber products at Rahma Craft, Gurah District, Kediri Regency. This research uses descriptive research with quantitative methods with a sampling technique, namely non-probability sampling with an accidental sampling method with a population of 110 Rahma Craft consumers and a sample of 86 consumers. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and determinant coefficient (R2) which were processed using the SPSS version 26 program. The results of this research were obtained The conclusion is that price has a partial positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, with a significant t value of 0.001 < 0.05. Place has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, with a significant t value of 0.005 < 0.05. Direct marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, with a significant t value of 0.001 < 0.05. Price, place, and direct marketing simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions for coconut fiber products at Rahma Craft, Gurah District, Kediri Regency, looking at the significant F value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline, work environment, work motivation both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Shopee Express Kediri Office. The population in this study was office and operational employees at the Shopee Express Kediri Office, totaling 35 people. The sample in this research was obtained using a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 35 respondents. Data sources were obtained by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. This research data measurement uses a Likert scale. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS IBM 26 application. The results of this research show that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Work environment variables are significant on employee performance. The work motivation variable does not have a significant effect on employee performance. And the variables of work discipline, work environment and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel pembagian kerja (X1) fasilitas kerja (X2), dan lingkungan kerja fisik (X3) terhadap efektivitas kerja (Y) pada CV Setia Graha Consultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian diperoleh sebanyak 33 responden pada CV Setia Graha Consultan. Tehnik analisis yang digunakan yaitu Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis regresi linier berganda, Uji t, Uji F dan Uji koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y= -2,118 + 0,630X1 + 0,683X2 + 0,361X3 dan hasil Uji t variabel pembagian kerja, fasilitas kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap efektivitas kerja dengan hasil sig < 0,05. Hasil uji F diperoleh hasil Fhitung dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembagian kerja, fasilitas kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap efektivitas kerja CV Setia Graha Consultan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the variables price (X1), taste (X2) and service quality (X3) on consumer satisfaction (Y) at Caffe Tandalan Blitar. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. Sample selection used Accidental Sampling, the number of samples in this study was 187 respondents at Caffe Tandalan Blitar. This research data was obtained from questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The research results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y= - 1.739 + 0.320 T test results: The taste variable has a partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a sig result of 0.000 <0.05. t test results, the service quality variable has a partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a sig result of 0.000 < 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that price, taste and service quality have a simultaneous and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Competition in business is getting tougher, as evidenced by the variety of products released by business people to survive the competition. Increasingly tight business competition requires companies to have their own competitive advantages. Many consider competitive advantage to be a weapon used by companies in the hope of making the company win over its competitors. Raja Lele Lestari is a business that operates in the field of catfish cultivation in Kediri Regency. This research aims to analyze the Competitive Advantage Strategy of Raja Lele Lestari in increasing sales. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and SWOT analysis along with the BCG matrix. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis results obtained in this research show that the analysis shows a very profitable correlation, BCG shows that the company's market share is still low and the SWOT analysis has a SO strategy solution to overcome this which can ultimately support Raja Lele Lestari to reach the peak of competitive advantage.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is how to implement the marketing promotion strategy for koi fish by CV. Agra Koi Farm Blitar uses SWOT Analysis, aiming to find out and describe the right promotional strategy using SWOT Analysis. This can be seen from the lack of activity or promotional activities carried out by CV. Agra Koi Farm Blitar and many competitors in the same business field. The type of research used is qualitative research. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, interviews and literature study. The instruments in this research are the researcher himself, interview guidelines, documentation and field notes. The analysis technique used is SWOT Analysis using the SWOT Matrix. Based on the results of the IFAS and EFAS matrix analysis, it is proven that the strength value is greater than the weakness value, namely with a difference of (+) 0.56. Meanwhile, the opportunities value is greater than the threats value, namely with a difference of (+) 0.77. The SWOT diagram shows that the shaded area is in quadrant I. The strategy that must be implemented in this condition is to support aggressive growth policies (Grow Oriented Strategy). Under these conditions, the most appropriate strategy was implemented by CV. Agra Koi Farm Blitar uses the SO strategy, namely a strategy that utilizes strengths to manage existing opportunities.
