Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture and compensation on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The research location is in the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Binjai City. The population of this study is 79 employees and the sample used is the entire population of 79 employees (saturated sample). The data collection used was a questionnaire. The research model used was path analysis and the measurement tool used Smart PLS version 3.3.3. The results of this study are that work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Compensation has no significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Compensation has no significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment. Organizational Culture influences Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment in a positive and insignificant way. Compensation has an effect on Employee Performance through Compensation in a positive and not significant way.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work experience on internal audit quality with auditor competence as an intervening variable. This type of research is associative quantitative research. The research was conducted at the Binjai City Inspectorate office. The population used in this study was 79 employees and the sample used was all populations counted without exception of 79 employees. The sample technique used was the saturated sample technique. The data collection used is by distributing questionnaires. The research model used is path analysis and the measuring tool used is Smart PLS version 3.3.3. The result of his research is that competence has a positive and significant effect on audit quality. Work Experience has no significant positive effect on competence. Work Experience has no significant negative effect on Audit Quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable. The type of research used is associative quantitative. This research was conducted at the Office of National Unity and Community Protection in Binjai City. The population in this study was 50 employees consisting of 33 ASN employees and 17 honorary employees. The sample used was a saturated sample. The research model used is Path Analysis and the measurement tool is Smart PLS version 3.3.3. The results of this study are that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on teacher performance with student learning outcomes as intervening variables. This type of research is associative quantitative. The location was carried out at SMA Sub Rayon 05 Selesai. The population in this study was 81 teachers and the sample taken was a saturated sample. The data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The research model used is Path Analysis and the measuring tool is Smart PLS 3.3.3. The results of his research are that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Learning outcomes have no significant positive effect on teacher performance with the original sample value. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. Motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance. Work Discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on Teacher Performance through Learning Outcomes. Motivation has no significant positive effect on teacher performance through learning outcomes.
