Jumlah permintaan pada komoditas buah selalu meningkat setiap tahunnya dan mengakibatkan kompetisi yang meningkat. Setiap perusahaan perlu untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan dalam mengembangkan bisnis, salah satunya yaitu UD Sabila Farm. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan yang ada di UD Sabila Farm. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis rasio keuangan. Berdasarkan evaluasi hasil dari kinerja keuangan, ditemukan bahwa secara keseluruhan kinerja keuangan perusahaan berada pada kondisi baik. Kinerja keuangan yang ada di Sabila Farm dari beberapa rasio yang telah dianalisis untuk pengembangan yaitu Gross Profit Margin (GPM) dengan presentase rata rata sebesar 46.71%. Nilai Net Profit Margin (NPM) pada UD Sabila Farm dengan rata-rata presentase 54.29 %. Current Ratio (CR) tertinggi sebesar 6.08 kali. Nilai Quick Ratio (QR) tertinggi dengan nilai 6.95 kali. Nilai Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) terbesar 22 %. Selanjutnya, untuk nilai Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) nilai terbesar 60.70%.

The flourishing land makes Indonesia to be an agricultural country. Majority of the population in Indonesia works in the agricultural sector. This sector is one of the sectors that supports the country's economy. One of the areas in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) Province that has quite large agricultural potential is Gunungkidul Regency. This research aimed to analyze the agriculture sector role in economic growth in Gunungkidul Regency. This research method used data analysis techniques consisting of the Klassen Typology Method and Location Quotient analysis. Based on the results of the Klassen Typology Method analysis, the agricultural sector in Gunungkidul Regency is in quadrant 2, namely the advanced but emphasized sector. Meanwhile, the results of the Typology Method analysis show the agricultural sector as one of the sectors in Gunungkidul Regency with a base or source of growth. This means that it was able to meet agricultural needs for its own region and the excess can be sold to other regions.

This research aimed to determine the potential of sorghum with other food commodities, the condition of internal and external factors of sorghum, and alternative strategies that can be implemented in Gunungkidul Regency. This research uses a basic analytical descriptive method. The research location is Semin, Tepus and Wonosari Districts, Gunungkidul Regency. The informants were determined purposively. The data analysis used was the SWOT Matrix Method. The SWOT matrix produces eight alternative strategies that can be implemented in Gunungkidul Regency. These strategies include expansion of planting areas and guidance from the government, guidance on processing sorghum seeds into processed products, holding business meetings with investors for large-scale sorghum processing, regular counseling and guidance on good sorghum cultivation, providing training and post-harvest technology assistance, collaboration with the processing industry food, the role of government in determining selling prices and promotion of sorghum, increasing interaction between researchers, extension workers, marketers, policy makers and farmers.
