Abstract

The impact of artificial intelligence on human workers is a complex and ongoing topic of research and debate, and the extent to which AI will replace human jobs is still uncertain. Therefore, this research aims to answer following research questions. How does artificial intelligence affect human workers? What jobs will be replaced by artificial intelligence? What jobs can endure without being replaced by artificial intelligence?. This research was conducted in qualitative approach based on secondary data from previous studies. Data analysis techniques through four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. After reviewing the remaining articles for eligibility in terms of the inclusion criteria, 45 papers were included in the data analysis. This study conclude that artificial intelligence has the ability to augment human talents, generate innovation, offer new career possibilities, and improve decision-making. Adopting AI technologies not only improves employee skills and productivity, but also enables organizations to function more efficiently. This study found that the negative effects of AI, such as job displacement, lower labour demand, employee deskilling, erosion of privacy and autonomy, exacerbation of wealth inequality, and shifting employee requirements. AI has the potential to disrupt traditional work functions in routine and repetitive tasks, manual labour, high-paying occupations, decision-making roles, HR operations, and certain service industry jobs. AI struggles to imitate creative endeavours, emotional intelligence, physical dexterity, human interaction, and complicated decision-making. These professions will continue to thrive as technology advances, reminding us that the essence of human experience is irreplaceable.

Abstract

The manufacturing industry in Tangerang Regency faces significant challenges in maintaining and increasing labor productivity, where employee motivation is a crucial factor influenced by various aspects of wage and benefits policies. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 100 employee participants. This study applied a saturated sampling technique, so that the entire population was used as a sample, and data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the support of SPSS software. The results of the analysis showed that the compensation system had a positive impact and had a significant influence on work morale, with a determination effect (R²) of 0.684. This situation shows that 68.4% of the difference in work motivation is influenced by compensation factors. This study recommends that companies consider the compensation system as a strategic instrument in improving staff morale.

Abstract

Pengelolaan bank sampah merupakan salah satu upaya strategis dalam mengatasi permasalahan lingkungan sekaligus mendukung penguatan ekonomi masyarakat. Bank sampah merupakan salah satu strategi penerapan 3R (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle) dalam pengelolaan sampah pada sumbernya di tingkat masyarakat dengan pola insentif ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat sekitar melalui program edukasi dan layanan yang telah disiapkan, mengkaji implementasi digitalisasi pengelolaan bank sampah melalui Sistem AsriGO dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat melalui pelatihan serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus di wilayah Perumahan Serdang Asri 2 yang akan menggunakan sistem AsriGO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi dengan AsriGO mempermudah proses pencatatan, penilaian dan transaksi sampah, serta meningkatkan partisipasi dan pendapatan anggota. Pelatihan yang terintegrasi dalam sistem membantu masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah yang lebih efektif, sehingga berkontribusi pada penguatan ekonomi lokal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perluasan pelatihan dan peningkatan fitur AsriGO untuk mendukung keberlanjutan pengelolaan bank sampah secara Digital

Abstract

Problems that occur in the field show that the performance of teachers in several Aliyah Madrasah in Tangerang Regency is still not optimal, which is reflected in the low discipline in the implementation of tasks, lack of innovation in learning methods, and the achievement of student learning outcomes that are not in accordance with the set educational quality standards. This condition indicates the existence of managerial and leadership factors of madrasah heads that need attention, considering the strategic role of madrasah heads as educational leaders in mobilizing all school resources to achieve educational goals, this study aims to analyze the contribution of leadership management to the governance of Islamic educational institutions by focusing on its influence on teacher performance and education quality. In the research conducted in this madrasah, a quantitative method was used with a survey research design on 85 teachers from three Aliyah Madrasah in Tangerang Regency.
