Abstract

The method used in this study is quantitative, the data used is primary data. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population used in this study was 63. The sampling technique used in this study was using the total sampling technique, where the total population was used as a sample. Therefore, the number of samples used in this research was 63 respondents. The data analysis technique used is path analysis, a statistical method used to analyze the causal relationship between variables in a model, which is assisted by using SPSS 26 Software. The results found in this study are that price has an effect and is not significant on the interest in repurchasing Scarlett Products in Timika City, their image has an effect and is not significant on the interest in repurchasing Scarlett Products in Timika City, product quality has an effect and is not significant on the interest in repurchasing Scarlett Products in Timika City, consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on the interest in repurchasing Scarlett Products in Timika City, price has an effect on buying interest, but is unable to mediate consumer satisfaction towards the interest in repurchasing Scarlett Products in Timika City, their image has an effect on buying interest, but is unable to mediate consumer satisfaction towards the interest in repurchasing Scarlett Products in Timika City, product quality has an effect on buying interest, but is unable to mediate consumer satisfaction towards the interest in repurchasing Scarlett Products in Timika City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of minimum wages, education levels and human development index (HDI) on income inequality in Mimika Regency. The data used is secondary data, the data collection technique used in this study is documentation sourced from BPS for the 2015-2021 period. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, which is assisted by using SPSS 26 Software. The results found in this study are that the human development index has no effect and is not significant on income inequality (Gini Ratio), the unemployment rate has no effect and is not significant on income inequality (Gini Ratio) and the minimum wage of the Regency has a significant effect on income inequality (Gini Ratio) in the Regency in Mimika Regency.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, yang mana bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara variable bebas terhadap variable terikat, serta dianggap sebagai korelasi sebab akibat antara variable. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, dokumentasi serta kuesioner. Populasi yang digunakan pada riset ini ialah menggunakan total sampling, yang mana keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel, maka sampel penelitian ini ialah sebanyak 123 responden petani muda. Teknik Analisa data yang digunakan ialah mengunakan pengujian asumsi klasik dan analisa regresi linier berganda sampai dengan pengujian hipotesis, dengan menggunakan alat Software SPSS 25. Hasil yang ditemukan ialah Penggunaan drone berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap hasil panen cabai di Sentani Kota Jayapura Papua, yang artinya bahwa penggunaan drone mampu meningkatkan efisiensi waktu, akurasi penyemprotan, serta pemerataan distribusi pupuk dan pestisida. Pemupukan dengan pupuk organik menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil panen cabai di Sentani Kota Jayapura Papua yang mana kondisi tanah Sentani yang cenderung kurang bahan organic. Curah hujan memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap hasil panen cabai di Sentani, Kota Jayapura. Secara umum, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa curah hujan yang terlalu tinggi maupun terlalu dapat menurunkan produktivitas, sedangkan curah hujan pada kategori sedang memberikan hasil panen yang lebih tidak optimal.
