This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style on employee work discipline at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Toli-toli Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative descriptive approach. The data collection technique was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to the entire population of 36 ASN employees. The data was analyzed using simple linear regression analysis, after going through validity, reliability, and classical assumptions tests. The results showed that leadership style had an effect on employee work discipline, with a significance value of p < 0.01 and a determination coefficient (R² = 0.38). This means that 38% of the variation in work discipline can be explained by leadership style.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether modern rice harvesting machines in increasing rice harvest productivity in Tende Village have been effective. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained through observation, ques tionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the use of modern harvesting machinery has a positive and significant effect on crop productivity, which is shown by the results of a simple linear regression analysis with the equation Y = 25.172 + 0.368 which means that the value of the constant a is 25.172, the use of modern harvesting machinery (bX) is 0.368 which shows a positive direction with a significant level of 0.013. The hypothesis in this study rejects H0 and accepts H1. Therefore, from this conclusion, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that Modern Harvesting Machinery has a Positive and Significant Effect on Crop Productivity. Based on the results of the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method which measures the overall effectiveness of production equipment or machinery showing an OEE result of 71.2%, we can see that the rice combine harvester machine is effective at 71.2%

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between population productivity and the regional economic structure in Tolitoli Regency. The data used is sourced from the official publication of the Central Bureau of Statistics through the Tolitoli in Figures 2024 document. The results show that the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors are the largest contributors to labor absorption but do not provide a proportional contribution to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). This imbalance indicates low productivity in labor-intensive sectors and highlights the need for economic transformation toward higher value-added sectors. The study recommends strengthening policies that support economic diversification, improving human resource quality, and developing new productive sectors as strategies to enhance regional productivity and competitiveness. These findings are expected to serve as a foundation for formulating a more inclusive and sustainable regional economic development strategy.
