Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand ambassadors on the brand equity of Wardah cosmetic products among ASN in Blitar district. The research data used was primary data taken by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale to 87 respondents out of 105 respondents who met the criteria. The research method used is an associative quantitative method, the data obtained is analyzed using validity and reliability tests, normality tests, simple regression tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests. The results of the research show that the use of brand ambassadors can have a positive influence on brand awareness of Wardah cosmetic products among Blitar district ASN. Wardah cosmetics brand ambassadors who are able to increase brand awareness are transference brand ambassadors

Abstract

The purpose of community service through mentoring halal labeling of MSME products is to provide knowledge to business owners about the benefits of giving halal logos on product packaging and business banners that can increase competitiveness and consumer confidence. This service was carried out by conducting FGDs and direct assistance to 11 MSMEs in Sumber Village. The partner's problems are (1) Sumber village MSME products have been halal-certified, but have not been included in the product label (2) lack of understanding of the benefits of giving halal labels to products and business banners. The solution is by providing assistance in providing halal labeling on product packaging and at the location of business banners. The inclusion of halal labels on product packaging and at the location of business banners is expected to increase consumer purchases that these products provide health and safety protection for Muslims, increase competitiveness, and consumer confidenceABSTRAKTujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat melalui pendampingan pemberian label halal pada produk UMKM yaitu untuk memberikan pengetahuan para pelaku usaha manfaat pemberian logo halal pada kemasan produk dan Banner tempat usaha dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara melakukan FGD dan pendampingan langsung kepada UMKM desa sumber sebanyak 11 UMKM. Permasalahan mitra adalah (1) produk UMKM desa Sumber sudah tersertifikasi halal tapi belum di cantumkan dalam label produk (2) kurangnya pemahaman tentang manfaat pemberian label halal pada produk dan Banner tempat usaha. Solusinya yaitu dengan cara memberikan pendampingan pemberian label halal pada kemasan produk dan Banner lokasi tempat usaha. Pencantuman label halal pada kemasan produk dan Banner tempat usaha diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pembelian konsumen bahwa produk tersebut memberikan perlindungan kesehatan dan keamanan bagi umat muslim, meningkatkan daya saing dan kepercayaan konsumen.
