Abstract

Discipline is one element of the quality of human resources. Discipline can make someone feel obedient and obedient to the values they believe in so that they are more responsible for managing the order of personal and group life. Disciplining through education is the duty of every educational institution. Because with discipline all activities will run smoothly. This research is qualitative field research. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, and documentation. The research aims to explain the role of class teachers in improving student learning discipline. The research results show that 1) There are programs organized by educational institutions, establishing school and class regulations, and involving students' parents. 2) In the learning process, discipline is essential, because that way students will feel comfortable and safe in the teaching and learning process and therefore teachers have their way or method of disciplining students in the learning process. 3) Driving and Inhibiting Factors are as follows: Its implementation has several supporting factors. The supporting factors include The same initiative, an association between student guardians, coordination from various parties, evaluation, provision of role models, and supporting facilities and infrastructure. Apart from supporting factors, there are also inhibiting factors. Factors inhibiting teachers' efforts to improve student discipline are different environments, parents who care less about their children, and the economy, and low IQ.

Abstract

Development planning is a form of planning related to efforts to increase economic growth and community welfare. Indonesia is a developing country that is inseparable from the development planning program. This study aims to determine Community Participation in Village Development Decision Making for the Sustainability of Programs in the Village. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative which seeks to explain or describe a condition, event, or object such as a person, or anything related to the research. Analysis of data obtained based on field data, in the analysis process has four stages, namely reducing, triangulating, presenting data, and verifying/conclusions. Based on research conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation Forms of community participation in a Program: (a) Community participation in the planning process, in this case, the community participates in the planning process but does not participate actively. (b) In this case, the community participates actively in the program implementation process. The program activity implementation in Mendana Raya Village is carried out by the community with self-reliance and supported by village officials such as the head of RT, RW, the Program Activity Management Team, and the Village Head. Factors that influence community participation in a program in Mendana Raya Village are factors such as the ability, willingness, and opportunity of the community, where the community is aware that they need to participate in a program so that the program can run well so that it can make Mendana Raya Village even better, which has an impact on helping to smooth the daily lives of the community.

Abstract

Management quality is often called TQM (Total Quality Management), namely something tool For increasing something product. Teacher professionalism is performance quality, the teacher is a worker profession, Therefore They must uphold high professionalism. In case this TQM is used To increase quality or teacher's abilities to operate his task in other words, become a professional teacher. Study This aim is to know if variable X (Quality Management) has a significant influence on variable Y (Teacher Professionalism). Type of research This is a quantitative study, namely the data used in the study This form numbers. Deep sample study These are teachers at MTs Al-Ikhlas Setungkep, totaling 20 respondents, using cluster sampling technique (area sampling). Data retrieved use a questionnaire and supported with observation data and documentation. Data is processed with SPSS version 20 for Windows with method instrument test analysis, analysis regression simple, and hypothesis testing. The partial test results (t-test) show mark significance 0.268>0.05 meaning variable influence management quality No influential significance to teacher professionalism. Whereas the R square value of 0.068 or 6.8% means variable influence management quality influence teacher professionalism was 6.8%.
