Abstract

Pembangunan merupakan suatu proses menuju perubahan yang diupayakan secara terus menerus untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kota Manado merupakan salah satu pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan tingkat investasi dan jumlah tenaga kerja yang sedang berkembang. Investasi sebagai pendorong utama dan merupakan kunci dalam konsep ekonomi dan penciptaan lapangan kerja serta penanggulangan kemiskinan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh investasi PMDN dan tenaga kerja terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di Kota Manado. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa time Series yaitu investasi, tenaga kerja dan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto dari tahun 2006 sampai tahun 2017. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisa regresi berganda dengan program SPSS 22.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa investasi dan tenaga kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap PDRB di Kota Manado. Secara parsial investasi berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap PDRB, tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PDRB

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan pedagang buah di Pasar Unyil Perkamil, Kecamatan Paal Dua. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi langsung. Teknik analisis yang diterapkan adalah regresi linier berganda untuk menilai pengaruh variabel-variabel independen terhadap pendapatan pedagang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Variabel modal usaha memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan. Ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar modal yang digunakan, semakin tinggi pendapatan yang dapat diperoleh oleh pedagang; (2) Variabel jam kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan, yang berarti bahwa semakin banyak waktu yang dihabiskan untuk bekerja, semakin besar pendapatan yang dihasilkan; (3) Variabel lama usaha menunjukkan pengaruh positif, namun tidak signifikan terhadap pendapatan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa perubahan dalam lama usaha tidak memiliki dampak yang berarti pada pendapatan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan modal usaha dan penambahan jam kerja memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan pendapatan pedagang buah di Pasar Unyil Perkamil, Kecamatan Paal Dua.

Abstract

Economic growth in North Minahasa is a continuous increase in the total value of goods and services produced in the region over a period of time. In a simpler context, this means improving the economic welfare of the people of North Minahasa through increased production and income. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the number of foreign tourists, the open unemployment rate (TPT), and household consumption on economic growth in North Minahasa Regency. The analysis method used is a multiple linear regression model. The result of this study is that the number of foreign tourists in North Minahasa has a positive and statistically significant relationship with economic growth in North Minahasa. The open unemployment rate in North Minahasa has a positive but not statistically significant relationship with economic growth in North Minahasa. Household consumption in North Minahasa has a positive and statistically significant influence on economic growth in North Minahasa.

Abstract

Economic development is the main goal of a country, where increased development reflects the progress achieved by the country. One of the indicators of the success of economic development is the increasing economic growth in a region. However, economic development is often faced with challenges such as poverty, which need to be overcome or at least reduced. This study aims to analyze the influence of economic growth, population number, and health level simultaneously on the poverty rate in South Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study is secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency of South Minahasa Regency during the period 2010–2023. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that economic growth has a positive but not significant influence on the poverty rate in South Minahasa. The number of population has a positive and significant influence, while the level of health has a negative and significant influence on the poverty rate in South Minahasa.

Abstract

Economic growth is a long-term economic problem, and is an important phenomenon experienced by the world lately. Economic growth, which is one of the main indicators in assessing the success of a country's development, not only reflects the increase in the total value of goods and services produced, but also illustrates the effectiveness of economic policies implemented by the government. This study aims to analyze the effect of government spending, investment and labor on economic growth in Tomohon City using time series data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency of Tomohon City. The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression using Eviews 12 software. The results of the study show that partially or individually with the t-test, the government expenditure variable has a negative and significant effect, investment has a positive effect on economic growth in Tomohon City, while the labor variable has a negative effect on economic growth in Tomohon City. Simultaneously or together with the f test, it shows that government spending, investment and labor have an effect on economic growth in Tomohon City. The contribution given by the three independent variables to economic growth in Tomohon City (R Square) is 71.02%.
