Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: pertama bagaimana tingkat kekerabatan, kedua lama waktu pisah, ketiga korespondensi bunyi antara bahasa Minangkabau di Kanagarian Sungai Tarab Kecamatan Sungai Tarab Kabupaten Tanah Datar dengan bahasa Melayu Riau di Desa Kelesa Kecamatan Seberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan bidang kajian linguistik historis komparatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah bahasa Minangkabau yang dituturkan oleh masyarakat di Kenagarian Sungai Tarab, Kecamatan Sungai Tarab, Kabupaten Tanah Datar dan bahasa yang dituturkan oleh masyarakat Melayu Riau yang bertempat di Desa Kelesa Kecamatan Seberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Data penelitian ini dari sumber yang bersifat lisan dan tulisan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kosakata dasar berpedoman pada daftar kosakata Morris Swadesh dan kosakata dasar berpedoman pada daftar kosakata budaya dari kedua bahasa tersebut. Ada tiga temuan dalam penelitian ini. Pertama, berdasarkan Persentase tingkat kekerabatan antara kedua bahasa tersebut adalah 67%. Kedua, berdasarkan perhitungan dengan teknik glotokronologi lama waktu pisah kedua bahasa tersebut yaitu 4.207 tahun yang lalu. Ketiga, pasangan identik sejumlah 121 kosakata, satu fonem berbeda sejumlah 4 kosakata, kompresi sejumlah 4 kosakata, substitusi sejumlah 47 kosakata, kluster reduksi sejumlah 63 kosakata, kompresi sejumlah 4 kosakata, aferesis sejumlah 11 kosakata, dan split sejumlah 91 kosakata merupakan bukti-bukti korespondensi bunyi yang ditemukan dalam penelitian antara Bahasa Minangkabau di Sungai Tarab dan Bahasa Melayu Riau di Desa Kelesa.

Abstract

This research was conducted to describe (1) the types of pronouns, and (2) the categorization of pronouns used by the community in buying and selling interactions at Ibuh Market, Payakumbuh City. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. The subject of this study is a word that is a pronoun in the interaction of buying and selling at the Ibuh market in Payakumbuh City. The following steps were used to analyze the data collected in this study:(1) transcribing existing data from various sources into written language, namely field observation data, (2) classifying forms of swearing based on function and type, (3) analyzing data according to research objectives, and (4) formulating research findings. Based on data analysis, there are three research findings. First, based on the results of this study, a total of 58 data were found that were pronouns in the interaction of buying and selling at the Ibuh market in Payakumbuh City, with the following details. Second, two types of Minangkabau language pronouns were found in buying and selling interactions at the Ibuh market in Payakumbuh City: (1) inactive pronouns, which consist of first personal pronouns such as crew, ambo, denai.... etc., second charm pronouns such as Ibuk, Apak, Uni, Uda.. etc., and third charm pronouns such as liau, nyo, and (2) inactive pronouns, consisting of si au, sia, surang-surang. Third, two categories of Minangkabau language pronouns were found in buying and selling interactions at the Ibuh market in Payakumbuh City: (1) intratextual pronouns, which consist of anaphoric (the antecedent positioned before the pronoun) and cataphoric in nature, namely the antecedent positioned after the pronoun; and (2) extratextual pronouns, which are antecedents outside the text.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Reveal and describe the form of swear nouns in the film Jakarta Vs Everybody. (2) Reveal and describe the types of swear nouns in the film Jakarta Vs Everybody. (3) Reveal and describe the function of the curse noun in the film Jakarta Vs Everybody. This research uses qualitative methods using descriptive methods. The results of this study are, First, based on the results of the study, a total of 51 data were found included in the swear noun, in this study the approximately word-shaped swear noun amounted to 34 data. Second. Based on the type in this study, 6 types of swear nouns ((a), conditions, (b) animals, (c) objects, (d) body parts, (e) kinship, (f) profession) and 1 type of swear noun ((g) Subtle creatures) were found, from several types of swear nouns that dominate, namely the type of animal swear noun totaling 17 data. Third, based on the function of using swear expressions found there are 4 functions of swearing, namely (1) When swearing is used as a habit or group rule, (2) Curses are used intentionally to insult, revile, threaten, surprise, and hurt or disturb Foul or indecent language is used as a joke or intended to joke (4) Curses used to express strong emotions, such as surprise, or when something occurs, in this study the most dominating is dirty or indecent language used as a joke or intended to joke which amounts to 19 data.

Abstract

This research aims to, (1) describe the variety of confixes and combinations of affixes contained in the novel Sesuk by Tere Liye. (2) describe the process of forming and the patterns of confixes and combinations of affixes contained in the novel Sesuk by Tere Liye. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. The results found first, it is known that there are four types of confixes namely ke-an, per-an, peN-an, ber-an and seventeen types of affix combinations in the form of meN-kan, meN-i, memper-kan, memper-i, ber-kan, ber-an, kese-an, ter-kan, per-kan, per-an, peN-an, se-nya, di-i, di-i, di-kan, semeN-kan, and combined infix. Second, based on the pattern of formation, 101 patterns of confixes and combinations of affixes with 8 formation functions were found, namely (1) verb-forming confixes, (2) noun-forming confixes, (3) adjective-forming confixes, (4) verb-forming affix combinations, (5) combinations affixes forming nouns, (6) combinations of affixes forming adjectives, (7) combinations of affixes forming adverbs.

Abstract

This article discusses hate speech in the Instagram comments column of political figures using forensic linguistic analysis. The aims of this study were (1) to explain the types of hate speech in the comments column on political figures' Instagram, (2) to explain the lingual units used to reveal the types of hate speech in the comments column on political figures' Instagram. This type of research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the types of hate speech in the Instagram comments column of political figures found in this study consisted of 47 utterances of insults, 9 utterances of defamation, 10 utterances of provocation, 1 utterance of incitement, and 11 utterances of spreading fake news. The most dominant type of hate speech is contempt. Then, the lingual units found in this study were hate speech in the form of 13 utterances of words, hate speech in the form of phrases of 12 utterances, hate speech in the form of clauses of 20 utterances, and hate speech in the form of sentences of 33 utterances. The most dominant lingual units are sentences.
