Abstract

Scaffolding is a help given for studentt in solving learning problem. It may be in the form of giving solution, example, and other action so that the student becomes autonomous. Scaffolding is useful help students to achieve higher competence in the cognitive conflict based teaching. In learning, cognitive conflict appears in various conditions such as naturally occurs when students are guessing, finding out that the hypothesis is wrong, and being provoked by the teachers and their classmates. Cognitive conflict is defined as conflict between cognitive structure and environment like experiment, demonstration, peer opinion, or a conflict between concept and cognitive structure.

Abstract

This research is based on the problems faced by students in solving math problems. Where these problems can hinder the success of students in the learning process. Therefore, researchers take a scaffolding step to overcome the difficulties faced by students in solving the problem of linear equations of one variable. The purpose of this research is to determine the type of the difficulties faced by students in problem solving linear equations one variable in class VII State Islamic Junior High School Pucanglaban and to describe the process of scaffolding students in problem solving linear equations one variable in class VII State Islamic Junior High School Pucanglaban. This study uses a qualitative approach, while based on the discussion techniques included in descriptive research. Methods of data collection using: observation, test, in-depth interviews, and notes field, and documentation as supporting data. Data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis with steps: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The conclusion of this study were: (1) Difficulties faced by students in solving mathematical problems one variable linear equation materials are: (a) in understanding the problem, (b) in making a mathematical model, (c) to operate, and d) in drawing conclusions. (2) Provision of appropriate scaffolding to overcome the difficulties that students face, is as follows: (a) to overcome the difficulties students in understanding the problem, appropriate scaffolding is explaining, reviewing and restructuring. (b) to overcome student difficulties in making mathematical models, appropriate scaffolding is reviewing, and restructuring. (c) to overcome difficulties in operating, appropriate scaffolding is restructuring. (d) to overcome difficulties in drawing conclusions, appropriate scaffolding is developing conceptual thinking.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemikiran Yusuf Qardhawi dalam kitab As-Sunnah Mashdaran li Al-Ma’rifah wa Al-Hadlarah khususnya tentang hadits-hadits ekonomi. Artikel ini adalah hasil kajian pustaka dengan menggunakan paradigma deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk menganalisis, penulis menggunakan hermenutika sebagai metode untuk memahami teks yang dipaparkan oleh Yusuf Qardhawi. Analisis linguistik dan analisis konsep sangat membantu dalam kajian ini. Dalam kitabnya, Yusuf Qardhawi mengemukakan konsep-konsep yang berorientasi pada bagaimana kesejahteraan ekonomi, dan keadilan sosial bisa diperoleh dan dirasakan bersama. Yusuf Qardhawi menolak konsep pengumpulan harta sebanyak-banyaknya dan keuntungan sebesar-besarnya yang dianut oleh sistem ekonomi konvensional.    Kata Kunci: Hadits-hadits Ekonomi, Konsep Ekonomi Islam, Metode Hermenutika     HERMENEUTICAL ANALYSIS OF YUSUF QARDHAWI’S CONCEPT OF HADITH OF ECONOMY AbstractThis article attempts to analyze Yusuf Qardhawi’s thought in his book -Sunnah Mashdaran li Al-Ma’rifah wa Al-Hadlarah especially about hadith of economy. This is a library research using descriptive-qualitative approach. In doing the analysis, hermeneutics is used as textual analysis method, to understand the thought of Yusuf Qardhawi. Linguistic and content analyses are useful. In his book, Yusuf Qardhawi explained his concepts on achievement of economic welfare and social justice for everyone. Abstract

This research is caused by the mindset of students with high mathematical abilities in solving mathematical problems, especially social arithmetic, where the serialist pattern is characterized by working with procedural and operational abilities and taking a local approach. The findings in partner schools are that the majority of students work on questions according to what is taught, starting from writing down the elements in the questions, sorting out which formula is right to writing valid conclusions on the answer sheet. This study aims to describe the Serialist thinking patterns of students with high mathematical abilities in solving Social Arithmetic problems for class VII students of SMPN 1 Ngantru. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects in this research activity were class VII of three students at SMPN 1 Ngantru. Data collection techniques were carried out by providing test questions and open interviews. Data analysis through three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that in the process of solving problems students with serialist thinking skills tend to understand problems in an orderly and systematic manner which can be seen on the answer sheets of each subject. Students tend to work on questions according to the information that has been presented and then process and produce the right answers.

Abstract

In solving math problems, cognitive conflict can take many forms, for example: when students' expectations are proven wrong when solving a problem; and arise as a result of educators or other students expressing opposing opinions. The research aims to: 1) Describe student errors when solving math problems, and 2) To describe students' cognitive conflicts in solving mathematical problems. This research is a qualitative research with a case study research strategy. The subjects of this study were fourth semester students of mathematics tadris IAIN Tulungagung. The research instrument consisted of test questions and interview guidelines. Subjects were asked to work on problems individually and based on their work, then an interview was conducted to determine their thought processes and cognitive conflicts. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Student errors when solving math problems, especially integrals, include: students do not understand the use of the symmetry theorem, and the use of types of functions, 2) Cognitive conflicts that occur in mathematics tadris students of IAIN Tulungagung in solving math problems include; a) conflict between conception and conception. When the subject sees that the final result is not the same, the cognitive conflict situation experienced will encourage their cognitive ability to seek justification, confirmation or verification of their opinion. b) conflict between conception and outcome. The subject uses his conception by producing an area value that is not in accordance with his expectations, including area values that are negative and zero.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan Four-Tier Diagnostic Test (FTDT) dalam pembelajaran matematika. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review terhadap 20 artikel jurnal yang diperoleh dari Google Scholar, Sinta, dan ResearchGate. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa FTDT terbukti lebih efektif daripada tes konvensional dalam mengidentifikasi miskonsepsi siswa, karena tidak hanya mengukur kebenaran jawaban, tetapi juga tingkat keyakinan siswa terhadap jawaban dan alasannya. FTDT berhasil memetakan tiga jenis miskonsepsi utama, yaitu klasifikasional, teoritikal, dan korelasional, dengan prevalensi mencapai 28%–40%. Faktor penyebab miskonsepsi meliputi pemahaman konsep yang lemah, metode pembelajaran yang tidak mendalam, dan keyakinan siswa yang keliru. Implikasi praktis dari FTDT adalah sebagai dasar untuk merancang pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang responsif dalam kerangka Kurikulum Merdeka, serta pengembangan instrumen yang valid dan kontekstual dengan mempertimbangkan kesenjangan digital. FTDT merupakan alat diagnostik yang strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matematika dari sekadar penyampaian materi menuju pemahaman konseptual yang mendalam dan berkelanjutan.
