Abstract

To determine the influence of organizational culture and competency on employee performance at PT Siantar Top Bekasi. In this research, the sampling technique used is based on the population, using saturated samples or total sampling. Data collection uses survey techniques via questionnaires. Analysis method using multiple and simple linear regression. The research results can be found, namely: that organizational culture and competency simultaneously and simple had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Siantar Top Bekasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of selection and training on the performance of employees of PT. Bhakti Share Registrar. This type of research is a type of quantitative research using survey methods and data collection. In this study, researchers used a questionnaire in the form of written questions given to respondents and distributed to all employees of PT Bhakti Share Registrar. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires. The results of the study show that: both in a simple and multiple way there is a positive and significant effect of selection and training on the performance of employees of PT. Bhakti Share Registrar.

Abstract

Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions can be drawn there is a significant effect between service quality on customer satisfaction at the Erafone ITC Cempaka Mas store. There is a significant influence between price on customer satisfaction at the Erafone ITC Cempaka Mas store. There is a significant effect between service quality and price simultaneously on customer satisfaction at the Erafone ITC Cempaka Mas toko store.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of conflict and work stress on employee performance by conducting research at PT Delima Pinglogistra, East Jakarta. Researchers conducted research using a questionnaire with a sample of 66 people with the analytical technique used using multiple regression. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded in this study that the effect of conflict and work stress can simultaneously affect employee performance at PT. Delima Logistra, East Jakarta. Abstract

This study derived from problems where formulation to want to know influence motivation and discipline employees of pt work on performance PT. Securindo Packatama Indonesia. Object the employees of PT. Securindo Packatama Indonesia. It is the type of the kind of research by using the method quantitative research survey and data collection. In this research researchers used primary data obtained directly from respondents uses the chief questionnaire (questions) written given to respondents and distributed to all the employees PT. Securindo Packatama Indonesia. The sample used is a technique that sample saturated sample if all members of the technique was used as a population sample, Methods of data analysis using partially and simultaneous linear regression. It can be concluded that an employee of PT. Securindo Packatama Indonesia need motivation and work to improve their performance and discipline employees so we can achieve the objectives and targets the company well.

Abstract

To analyze the influence of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Indomarco Prissmatama. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were customers of PT. Indomarco Prissmatama. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample where all members of the population are sampled. The analytical method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The research results show that product quality and service quality have a simultaneous and partially effect on customer satisfaction PT. Indomarco Prissmatama.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to examine and mitigate operational risks in the procurement of goods and services at the Ministry of Industry. The research was carried out at the Procurement Unit of the Ministry of Industry in Jakarta, with data collected through interviews, observations. The applied method is the House of Risk (HOR), which consists of two stages: HOR 1 to identify risks and determine priority risk agents based on the Aggregate Risk Priority (ARP) value, and HOR 2 to formulate mitigation strategies by considering the effectiveness-to-difficulty ratio (ETD). The findings reveal 20 categories of goods and 17 categories of services with a total procurement value of IDR 2.37 billion, while estimated losses due to operational risks amounted to IDR 48 million, or approximately 2% of the total value. The implementation of the HOR method successfully reduced the number of risk incidents from 23 to 10 cases and decreased the loss value by IDR 216.4 million, equivalent to 56.5%. Thus, it can be concluded that the House of Risk method is effective in supporting the development of more reliable, efficient, and low-risk procurement strategies, while also enhancing operational risk management within the Ministry of Industry.
