Abstract

Abstract This study is entitled "Analysis of the Contribution of Land and Building Tax Collection to Local Revenue in Brebes Regency". The objectives to be achieved in this study are: a. To find out how much the contribution of land and building tax to local taxes in Brebes Regency. b. To find out how much the contribution of Land and Building Taxes on Regional Original Revenue in Brebes Regency. c. To find out how much the level of elasticity of Land and Building Taxes on the realization of Local Revenue in Brebes Regency. d. To find out the projected receipt of Land and Building Tax in the next five years in Brebes Regency. This type of research used in this study is a case study at the Department of Revenue and Financial Management (DPPK) in Brebes Regency. While the research method used is the Study of Literature, which is looking for data about things or variables in this case in the form of notes, literature books, newspapers, magazines, minutes of meetings and so on. And Communication Techniques, namely how to collect data through contacts or personal relationships between data collectors and data sources. The results showed that the contribution of land and building tax to regional taxes during the period 2009-2018 the contribution of land and building tax to local taxes in Brebes Regency was fluctuating, with an average of 69.29%, it could be said that the contribution was quite optimal because the nominal was already optimal. reach above 50%. While the contribution of land and building tax to regional original income during the 2009-2018 period the contribution of land and building tax to regional original income in Brebes Regency was 23.74%, this can be said to be less than optimal because the nominal has not reached 50%. Then the level of elasticity of the collection of Land and Building Taxes on the realization of Local Revenue during the period 2009-2018 the level of elasticity of the collection of Land and Building Taxes in Brebes Regency an average of 3.99% or rounded to 4% and is elastic because the nominal is more than 1 And the Projection of Land and Building Tax Revenue for the next five years in Brebes Regency the value of the linear trend equation is as follows: Y = 23,550,559,105 + 1,177,295,404 X means that if there is no change in PBB (Y) then the Regional Original Income is Rp. 23,550,559,105 and if there is an increase in PBB by 1 unit of rupiah the Regional Original Revenue will increase by Rp. 1,177,295,404 Keywords: Contribution, Land and Building Tax, Regional Original Revenue

Abstract

This study takes the title Influence of Training and Leadership on Employee Performance in the Civil Service Police Unit of Brebes Regency. The formulation of the proposed problem is whether there is an effect of training and leadership on the performance of SATPOL PP members in Brebes Regency, how much influence is the training and leadership simultaneously on the performance of SATPOL PP members in Brebes Regency and whether the influence of education and leadership influence significantly on the performance of SATPOL PP members in Brebes Regency. The hypothesis proposed is that there is an influence between training and leadership on the performance of SATPOL PP members in Brebes Regency, there is a large influence between training and leadership on the performance of SATPOL PP members in Brebes Regency and there is a significant influence between education and leadership on the performance of SATPOL PP members in Brebes Regency. Based on the results of the research, it can be said that the Spearman rank correlation between training and performance is 0.685. Which has a correlation meaning between training and performance is strong. While the Spearman rank correlation between leadership and performance obtained a value of 0.741. Which means that the correlation between leadership and performance is strong. While the t-test using a 95 percent confidence level (α / 2 = 0.05 / 2 = 0.025) and the degree of freedom Nk (51-2) obtained t table of 2.011 and the calculation results in SPSS shows X1 = 3.803 which means that t count> t table . This shows that Ho was refused or training significantly affected the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit of Brebes Regency. Whereas in X2 obtained 4.620 which means that t count> t table. This shows that Ho is rejected or leadership significantly influences the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit of Brebes Regency. The results of these calculations concluded that partially the training and leadership variables have a significant influence on the performance variables.

Abstract

Abstraksi  This research is entitled "Effectiveness of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) at the Class IV Tegal Harbor Authority and Harbor Authority Offices".The formulation of the problem posed is:1. What is the effectiveness and efficiency of Non-Tax State Revenue at the Class IV Tegal Port Authority and Port Authority Offices?2. How is the realization of Non-Tax State Revenue at the Tegal Class IV Port Authority and Harbormaster Office?3. What is the projection of Non-Tax State Revenue at the Tegal Class IVHarbormaster and Port Authority Office?The results of this study obtained are that the level of effectiveness of NonTax State Revenue (PNBP) of Class IV Tegal Harbor and Authority Offices from 2017 to 2021 has an average rate of 181.16 percent, so it can be said to have a very good level of effectiveness or very effective. Meanwhile, the efficiency level of Non-TaxState Revenue (PNBP) for Class IV Tegal Port Authority and Harbormaster Offices from 2017 to 2021 has an average rate of 104.51 percent.This can be interpreted that the efficiency level of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) of Class IV Tegal Port Authority and Harbormaster Offices is not good.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil judul “Pengaruh Harga, Lokasi dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen di Pasar Belakang Kodim Brebes Kabupaten Brebes”.Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalaha. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pasar Belakang Kodim Brebesb. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pasar Belakang Kodim Brebes.c. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pasar Belakang Kodim Brebesd. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pasar Belakang Kodim Brebes.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian survey.Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi.Metode kuesioner digunakan untuk memperoleh data tentang variabel harga, lokasi, kualitas pelayanan dan minat beli konsumen. Metode dokumentasi dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk mendapatkan data penunjang penelitian.Hasil pengujian dari ketiga hipotesis yang telah dilakukan yaitu harga, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pasar Belakang Kodim Brebes. Melalui hasil perhitungan yang telah di lakukan diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 20,870, sedangkan Ftabel pada tingkat kepercayaan dan derajat kebebasan yang sama sebesar2,70. Dengan demikian Fhitung> Ftabel, atau berdasarkan sigifikansi α = 0,05 > 0,000, maka hipotesis nol ditolak, berarti bahwa pengaruh dari variabel harga(X1), lokasi(X2) dan kualitas pelayanan (X3) secara bersama–sama terhadap minat beli(Y).Kata kunci: Harga, Lokasi, Kualitas PelayananThis study takes the title "The Effect of Price, Location and Service Quality on Consumer Purchase Interest in the Rear Market of the Brebes Regional Military Command, Brebes Regency".The objectives to be achieved in this research are1. To determine the effect of price on consumer purchase interest in the rear market of the Brebes Kodim2. To determine the effect of location on consumer buying interest in the rear market of the Brebes Kodim.3. To determine the effect of service quality on consumer purchase interest in the rear market of the Brebes Kodim4. To determine the effect of price, location and service quality together on consumer buying interest in the Pasar Behind Kodim Brebes.This type of research uses quantitative research methods with a survey research approach. Meanwhile, the data collection methods used were questionnaires and documentation. The questionnaire method was used to obtain data on the variable price, location, service quality and consumer purchase interest. The documentation method in thisstudy is used to obtain research supporting data. The test results of the three hypotheses that have been carried out, namely price, location and service quality have an influence on consumer buying interest in the RearMarket of the Brebes Kodim. Through the results of the calculations that have been done, it is obtained Fcount of 20.870, while Ftable at the same level of confidence and degrees of freedom is 2.70. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study took the title "Analysis of the Settlement of Claims on Jasa Raharja Insurance Products at Bhakti Asih Hospital Brebes. The aim to be achieved in this research is to find out the description of Jasa Raharja's insurance claim process at Bhakti Asih Hospital Brebes. The formulation of the problem raised in this study is whether the Jasa Raharja insurance claim settlement process at Bhakti Asih Brebes Hospital runs well and efficiently? While the hypothesis proposed is the incompleteness of the files that cause the process of disbursing late / pending raharja service insurance claims. In addition, because the submission of a claim to Jasa Raharja still uses a manual system. The absence of a computerized system from Jasa Raharja. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the author can take several conclusions as follows: The role of officers is very important in the process of settlement of inpatient and outpatient insurance claims, especially for officers in the Insurance section in terms of data collection and processing claims requirements. Based on the research, the level of completion of claims after the requirements are completed, namely within a period of 1 (one) month ... Obstacles that are the cause of late / pending disbursement, there are 2 factors (1) internal factors that occur because of insufficient accuracy of insurance officers insurance officer. (2) External factors, namely from Jasa Raharja itself, still use the manual system. The absence of an online system. So that the disbursement process requires a long time of approximately 14 (fourteen) days after Jasa Raharja officers receive a complete bill from the Hospital. Based on the conclusions above, the writer can give the following suggestions: Insurance officers should always do an evaluation (recheck) of the results of their work, especially in inputting data that is still using the manual system. It is recommended that the collection of requirements claim be more efficient and not cumulative. It is better for insurance officers to add one more person to two insurance officers to be more thorough in collecting data to improve the quality of service again. In addition, from Jasa Raharja, a computerized system / online system is immediately made that links all of Indonesia so that the disbursement process does not take too long. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research uses quantitative methods. Quantitative method can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, collecting data using research instruments, analyzing data is quantitative/statistical, with the aim of testing established hypotheses. (Sugiyono, 2018:35-36). Based on the analysis of research data carried out by the author, the following results were obtained:1. Partial hypothesis testing (statistical t test) showed that the brand image variable (X1) and lifestyle variable (X2) partially had a significant positive effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y) Rabbani hijab among students at SMP PGRI Brebes.2. Simultaneous hypothesis testing (F statistical test) showed that the brand image variable (X1) and lifestyle variable (X2) together had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision variable (Y) Rabbani hijab among students at SMP PGRI Brebes .3. Testing regression analysis of brand image and lifestyle variables onpurchasing decisions Y = 10.346 + 0.472X1 + 0.328X2 + e. From the testresults, it was found that brand image (X1) had a more dominant effect with a regression coefficient of 0.472 on purchasing decisions (Y) for Rabbani headscarves among students at SMP PGRI Brebes.  Keywords: Brand Image, Lifestyle and Purchase Decisions

It is suspected that the most influential work motivation on employee performance in the Notary Office - PPAT Nurdin Yuniar Widiyanto, SH., M.Kn The method used is a case study at the Notary Office - PPAT Nurdin Yuniar Widiyanto, SH., M.Kn, which is about the influence of work motivation, work environment and employee performance. While the analytical tools used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test such as Multicollinearity Test, 2 Heteroscedasticity Test, Normality Test and Multiple Regression Analysis namely t Test and Test f. From the results of the analysis conclusions are taken as follows: 1. That thitung uses a confidence level of 95 percent (α / 2 = 0.05 / 2 = 0.025) and the degree of freedom of Nk (9-2) is obtained ttable of 2.447 and the results of SPSS calculation show thitung X1 = 3.198 which means that tcount> t table with a significant level of 0.019 t table with a significant level of 0.037 ftabel 4.74, so it can be concluded that the work motivation and work environment variables simultaneously or together have a significant effect on employee performance variables. 4. The f test results are known to be the value of β variable. Work motivation 0.736 which is more dominant has an effect on α of 0.05, compared to the work environment variable that β value is 0.617, so it can be concluded that the work motivation variable has a greater effect than the work environment variable at the office Notaris - PPAT Nurdin Yuniar Widiyanto, SH., M.Kn. Based on the conclusions above, the writer can provide suggestions as follows: 1. For Companies a. Motivation in work is very important, so the company is expected to always provide work motivation, pay attention to employee attendance, and provide guidance to employees and it is expected that the company will still prioritize employee welfare so that employees always improve employee performance so as to provide benefits to the company. b. A non-conducive environment can have an impact on reducing employee productivity, therefore companies need to pay attention to create a work environment and a conducive environment so that employees feel more comfortable working both physically and non-physically. While the non-physical environment can be by holding a vacation together or outbound to improve employee relations with leaders and between employees. 2. For future research a. Future research should expand the variables and measurement of research variables so that the performance of employees in the Notary Office - PPAT Nurdin Yuniar Widiyanto, SH., M.Kn can be improved. It is expected that further research can examine more about work motivation and work environment that influence employee performance at the Notary Office - PPAT 3 Nurdin Yuniar Widiyanto, SH., M.Kn in order to obtain a more complete picture, so that future research results are expected to be more both from this study.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study entitled The Effect of Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on Employee Satisfaction in the Regional General Hospital of Brebes Regency. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: 1. To find out the significant effect of organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee satisfaction in the Brebes District General Hospital. 2. To find out the factors that most influence the satisfaction of employees of the Regional General Hospital of Brebes Regency. While the hypothesis proposed is: 1. It is assumed that there is a significant influence of organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee satisfaction in the Regional General Hospital of Brebes Regency. 2. It is assumed that organizational culture factors that influence the satisfaction of employees of the Regional General Hospital of Brebes Regency .. The research method used is a case study of the Brebes District General Hospital, while the data collection methods used were surveys, interviews, questionnaires and library research. In testing the hypothesis used the multiple regression coefficient analysis tool with the normality test, t and F. The results of the analysis can be concluded: 1. From the results of linear regression calculation, the multiple linear regression equation didapat = -2,000 + 0,266 X1 + 0,779 X2 is obtained. Based on the results of calculations, at a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05) and degrees of freedom (2) (77), then obtained F count of 30,259 while F table at the level of trust and the same degree of freedom is 3.47. Thus Fcount> Ftable, then the null hypothesis is rejected, meaning that the influence of organizational commitment and organizational culture variables together on employee performance is significant (meaning) or in other words there is a significant effect of variable organizational commitment and organizational culture together - equal to employee satisfaction. 2. From the partial regression calculation obtained organizational commitment (X1) of 0.457, meaning that the level of organizational commitment (X1) contributes to the 14 improvement of employee satisfaction in the Regional General Hospital of Brebes Regency by 0.457 or 45.70%, this is assuming if the other variables such as organizational culture (X2) is fixed, whereas organizational culture (X2) is 0.811, meaning that the level of organizational culture (X2) contributes to the increase in employee satisfaction of the Brebes Regency Regional General Hospital by 0.811 or 81.10%, assuming if other variables such as organizational commitment (X1) are fixed, thus organizational culture is the most influential factor on employee satisfaction at Brebes District Hospital. Suggestions: 1. From the results of the research conducted, the most dominant variable in influencing employee satisfaction is organizational commitment. With a good organizational commitment can affect employee satisfaction in order to improve organizational performance. Good organizational commitment can make employees feel comfortable at work and employees feel more responsible so that employees can maximize their ability to work better and pay attention to the level of accuracy in work to improve public service performance. 2. To be able to increase employee satisfaction there is a need for an attitude that values high on hard work and earnest. If you need to find an appropriate impulse to motivate and change attitudes. For this reason, it is necessary to instill organizational goals in the vision, mission, philosophy and organization motto is an ideal value that must be achieved in individuals. With the right process organizations try to instill value in their members. The ideal value perceived by its members will influence the assessment of itself. These values are instilled by the organization with the main goal of increasing performance and quality of work. Good work performance and quality can be achieved with a good work culture.
