Abstract

This research is about influence of quality of service to decision of client to use saving and loan service [at] KUD Sumber Makmur Sub-Province of Brebes. Target of research to know influence of quality of service to decision of client to use saving and loan service and to know how big influence of quality of service to decision of client to use saving and loan service [at] KUD Sumber Makmur Sub-Province of Brebes. Pursuant to result of calculation of correlation coefficient [among/between] quality of service and decision of client obtained [by] correlation coefficient equal to 0,912. Matter this means that [relation/link] [among/between] quality of service with decision of client [is] positive and big because level of correlation coefficient [is] to come near 1 (one). Strength and positive of quality of service and decision of client can be proved with simple correlation coefficient significance test [at] trust storey;level 95 [gratuity/ %] and degree of freedom (100-2) obtained [by] ttabel equal to 1,6609 and thitung equal to 22,011. Because thitung > ttabel hence Ho refused and [Is] Ha accepted with the meaning that there are correlation which [is] signifikan [among/between] quality of service with decision of client. While equation of simple regresi the obtained [is] Y=-0,486+1,009X, meaning that decision of client to use saving and loan service [in] KUD Sumber Makmur will be downhill if given service [do] not with quality conversely decision of excelsior client to use saving and loan service [in] KUD Sumber Makmur given service with quality or there [is] make-up of the quality of service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was 1) To determine the effect of motivation and on employee performance at the Regional Representative Council Secretariat in Brebes Regency 2) To determine the effect of leadership on employee performance at the Regional Representative Council Secretariat Brebes 3) To determine the effect of motivation and leadership together the same to the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the People's Representative Council of Brebes. respondent from this study were 55 people. Data sources used were questionnaire, observation, interview and literature study. This research method is descriptive research with a quantitative approach, namely the data used in the form of numbers that are analyzed using statistics. Oriented research is more focused on matters relating to the influence of motivation and leadership on employee performance. The research object revolves around factors motivational factors that influence employee performance include physiological aspects, appreciation, security and self-actualization and leadership and employee performance. From the results of data analysis conducted, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship of motivation (X1) to employee performance (Y). It can be seen in the results of multiple regression tests obtained regression coefficient 0.265 (X1), which indicates that every one percent increase in motivation will cause an increase employee performance is equal to the coefficient value. And there is a positive relationship between leadership (X2) on employee performance (Y) this can be seen in the results of multiple regression tests obtained regression coefficient 0.362 (X2), which shows that every one percent increase in leadership will cause an increase in employee performance at the coefficient value.Keyword: motivation, leadership, performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the analysis of financial performance at the Wredatama Harum Cooperative. The subjects in this study were the financial performance of the Wredatama Harum Cooperative in Brebes Regency in terms of liquidity, solvency, and profitability. The data sources used were secondary data obtained from data or records from the examiner's report on the Wredatama Harum Cooperative in Brebes Regency. The results of the study show that assets are sufficiently liquid in paying short-term obligations. With a good level of solvency and the level of profitability, it is concluded that the ability of cooperatives to generate profits is good. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil judul “Pengaruh Harga, Lokasi dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen di Pasar Belakang Kodim Brebes Kabupaten Brebes”.Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalaha. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pasar Belakang Kodim Brebesb. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pasar Belakang Kodim Brebes.c. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pasar Belakang Kodim Brebesd. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pasar Belakang Kodim Brebes.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian survey.Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi.Metode kuesioner digunakan untuk memperoleh data tentang variabel harga, lokasi, kualitas pelayanan dan minat beli konsumen. Metode dokumentasi dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk mendapatkan data penunjang penelitian.Hasil pengujian dari ketiga hipotesis yang telah dilakukan yaitu harga, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pasar Belakang Kodim Brebes. Melalui hasil perhitungan yang telah di lakukan diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 20,870, sedangkan Ftabel pada tingkat kepercayaan dan derajat kebebasan yang sama sebesar2,70. Dengan demikian Fhitung> Ftabel, atau berdasarkan sigifikansi α = 0,05 > 0,000, maka hipotesis nol ditolak, berarti bahwa pengaruh dari variabel harga(X1), lokasi(X2) dan kualitas pelayanan (X3) secara bersama–sama terhadap minat beli(Y).Kata kunci: Harga, Lokasi, Kualitas PelayananThis study takes the title "The Effect of Price, Location and Service Quality on Consumer Purchase Interest in the Rear Market of the Brebes Regional Military Command, Brebes Regency".The objectives to be achieved in this research are1. To determine the effect of price on consumer purchase interest in the rear market of the Brebes Kodim2. To determine the effect of location on consumer buying interest in the rear market of the Brebes Kodim.3. To determine the effect of service quality on consumer purchase interest in the rear market of the Brebes Kodim4. To determine the effect of price, location and service quality together on consumer buying interest in the Pasar Behind Kodim Brebes.This type of research uses quantitative research methods with a survey research approach. Meanwhile, the data collection methods used were questionnaires and documentation. The questionnaire method was used to obtain data on the variable price, location, service quality and consumer purchase interest. The documentation method in thisstudy is used to obtain research supporting data. The test results of the three hypotheses that have been carried out, namely price, location and service quality have an influence on consumer buying interest in the RearMarket of the Brebes Kodim. Through the results of the calculations that have been done, it is obtained Fcount of 20.870, while Ftable at the same level of confidence and degrees of freedom is 2.70. Thus Fcount> Ftable, or based on the significance of α = 0.05> 0.000, thenthe null hypothesis is rejected, meaning that the influence of the variable price (X1), location (X2) and service quality (X3) together on purchase intention ( Y).Keywords: Price, Location, Quality of Service

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Service Quality PASTI PASS at Bangsri 44,522.20 Gas Station in Brebes Regency (Blessing CV) Against Customer Satisfaction. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: 1. To find out whether PASTI PASS service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at SPB 44,522.20 Bangsri Brebes Regency. 2. To find out how much influence PASTI PASS service quality has on customer satisfaction at SPB 44,522.20 Bangsri Brebes Regency. The research method used is a case study at the 44,522.20 Bangsri gas station in Brebes Regency, while the data collection method used is survey, interview, library research questionnaire. In testing the hypothesis used a simple regression coefficient analysis tool with t and F. From the analysis results can be concluded: 1. There is a significant influence between PASTI PASS service quality on customer satisfaction. Based on F test statistical analysis by using a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05) and degree of freedom (df) = (k - 1) and (n - k - 1) obtained by Ftable of 2.71 the results of calculations performed produce Fcount 954,093. Because Fcount is greater than Ftable, the hypothesis Ho is rejected, and the t test. By using a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05) and the degree of freedom (df) = K and (n - k - 1) obtained t table of 1.6609. From the calculation performed, the value of the service tcount is 30,888, because the tcount is greater than t table (30,88> 1,6609), then the service variable (X) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. 2. From the results of simple linear regression calculation, Y = 1.012 + 0.982 X means that the value of customer satisfaction will be positive at 1.012 if the service variable (X) is constant. This means that customers still have satisfaction to make purchases without any changes in service quality variables, and if the service variable (X) increases by one unit, it will increase customer satisfaction (Y) by 0.982 units. Abstract

This study takes the title "The Influence of Receivable Turnover Rate on Liquidity of Koperasi Syariah Bina Husada Brebes District Health Office". The objectives to be achieved in this study are: 1. To know the level of receivable turnover of Koperasi Syariah Bina Husada Brebes District Health Office. 2. To find out the liquidity level of the Koperasi Syariah Bina Husada in the Brebes District Health Office 3. To determine the effect of the level of accounts receivable turnover on the liquidity of the Koperasi Syariah Bina Husada in the Brebes District Health Office. This type of research is classified as associative research, which is a study that aims to determine the effect of X independent variable and dependent variable Y and how closely the relationship has influence on the Koperasi Syariah Bina Husada in the Brebes District Health Office. While the data collection method used is observation, namely by way of research directly on cooperatives. Documentation is by collecting information that can be obtained through facts stored in the form of letters, diaries, photo archives, results of meetings, journal activities and so on. Interviews are techniques for collecting data by interviewing directly to find out the latest cooperative developments directly. In testing the hypothesis used t test and F test. The results of the study show that at the level of liquidity from the data from 2013 to 2017 using the current ratio has been efficient even though several years have decreased. Regarding accounts receivable turnover from 2013 - 2017 most experienced an increase in receivable turnover. But after testing through simple regression analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination, the results have been carried out about the level of accounts receivable turnover (X) on liquidity (Y), information can be obtained that the receivable turnover variable does not have a significant effect on liquidity . Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research uses quantitative methods. Quantitative method can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, collecting data using research instruments, analyzing data is quantitative/statistical, with the aim of testing established hypotheses. (Sugiyono, 2018:35-36). Based on the analysis of research data carried out by the author, the following results were obtained:1. Partial hypothesis testing (statistical t test) showed that the brand image variable (X1) and lifestyle variable (X2) partially had a significant positive effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y) Rabbani hijab among students at SMP PGRI Brebes.2. Simultaneous hypothesis testing (F statistical test) showed that the brand image variable (X1) and lifestyle variable (X2) together had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision variable (Y) Rabbani hijab among students at SMP PGRI Brebes .3. Testing regression analysis of brand image and lifestyle variables onpurchasing decisions Y = 10.346 + 0.472X1 + 0.328X2 + e. From the testresults, it was found that brand image (X1) had a more dominant effect with a regression coefficient of 0.472 on purchasing decisions (Y) for Rabbani headscarves among students at SMP PGRI Brebes.  Keywords: Brand Image, Lifestyle and Purchase Decisions

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aims to analyze the effect of service and store image on satisfaction to increase customer loyalty at Tirto Stores in Brebes Regency. Competition for product quality and price is so tight that it requires marketers to have quality products and prices that consumers can afford, and to be able to develop useful and innovative products in accordance with consumer expectations and market needs. branded in a place that is accessible to the public. Samples were taken by purposive sampling method of 117 people. Data was collected using the questionnaire method, namely by providing a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Structural Equation Model analysis. The results showed that service variables had no effect on customer loyalty but store image had a positive and significanteffect on loyalty, and customer satisfaction variables were able to mediatebetween service variables and store image on customer loyalty. Abstract

ABSTRAC The research method used is Quantitative Type research with a DescriptiveApproach, while the data collection methods used are interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t test, F test) and coefficient of determination test (R2)).  From the analysis, conclusions can be drawn: 1. Partially, the Remuneration variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Tanjungsari Village Hall Office,Wanasari District, Brebes Regency. Then the Work Motivation variable (X2)has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at theTanjungsari Village Hall Office, Wanasari District, Brebes Regency. 2. Simultaneously, the variables Remuneration (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Tanjungsari Village Hall Office, Wanasari District, Brebes Regency, shown by a significant value of <0.05. 3. The Remuneration Variable (X1) is the variable that has a dominantinfluence on employee performance (Y) at the Tanjungsari Village HallOffice, Wanasari District, Brebes Regency.Keywords: Remuneration, Work motivation, Employee performance
