Abstract

Hotel kota atau sering disebut juga city hotel merupakan salah satu hotel yang sedang berkembang pesat saat ini, khususnya di kota-kota penyangga Jakarta, seperti Depok, Bogor, Tangerang dan Bekasi. Trend meningkatnya jumlah city hotel ini didorong karena semakin banyaknya kelas menengah ke atas, yakni para Business Traveler yang berpergian untuk urusan kerja sehingga mereka membutuhkan akomodasi hotel yang nyaman dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Maka dari itu dibangun-lah hotel City Hotel- Cikarang, hotel berbintang tiga yang representatif dan mengedepankan arsitektur tropis yang nyaman, dekat dengan dua kawasan yakni kawasan Jababeka dan kawasan Lippo Cikarang dan dekat dengan akses Tol. Perencanaa city hotel ini sangat dibutuhkan dengan untuk mengatasi meningkatnya jumlah Bussines Travel di wilayah kawasan jababeka ini, dengan mengedepankan konsep arsitektur tropis ini baik fasilitas dan fasadnya dapat menarik Bussines Travel sebanyak banyaknya. Dengan konsep arsitektur tropis ini bisa Mengakomodasi akan kebutuhan sebuah hunian persinggahan sementara bagi para Business Traveler, Merupakan akomodasi yang ideal bagi para pekerja yang ritme kerja-nya berpindah-pindah ataupun sedang melakukan kunjungan kerja ke luar kota dan membutuhkan akomodasi yang bersifat sementara dan hotel ini juga sangat ideal juga bagi para Back Packer khususnya yang membutuhkan city hotel yang nyaman untuk dihuni.

Abstract

Youth Center is one of the infrastructures that is needed to support youth activities in accommodating and channeling interests and talents as well as increasing self-development, independence, and maturity in youth. However, facilities that are not accommodated properly for youth is the cause of juvenile delinquency, while youth is an essential period to form individual character. As can be seen from the data on the number of population projections, there are quite a lot of youth age categories, but complete facilities and space are not available yet in Bekasi to accommodate positive activities for youth. The location chosen in Summarecon Bekasi which is close to many educational facilities is one of the destinations for youth to gather. Deconstruction Architecture concept building is the right choice to represent youth who are full of high awareness, willing to try new things, unstable, emotional, likes freedom, likes something different, acts without thinking.The concept of the building also greatly affects the attractiveness of youth to come because a supportive atmosphere will give comfortable impression for visitors. Abstract

Human health includes conditions for the fulfillment of body and soul as well as physical health and spiritual health, without healthy conditions humans cannot carry out activities as they should, but amid the increasing needs of life today, humans have many problems caused by economic pressure, experiencing pressure, problems in the family. Currently in Indonesia regarding the number of people experiencing mental disorders, 17% of the 250 million Indonesian population, including patients at the Al-Fajar Seri Foundation, which continues to increase, new patients compared to patients who recovered from the mental disorder rehabilitation center. The Al-Fajar Seri Foundation also has problems. , including the irregular circulation of the rehabilitation center space, small drainage that has the potential to flood during the rainy season, the lack of inpatient buildings that have begun to be damaged and seem inhumane, no facilities to support the healing process, irregular parking areas. Restructuring and redesigning the area and building of the al-fajar serial mental disorder rehabilitation center which aims to build inpatient housing that can accommodate new patients and build humanistic supporting facilities. With an ecological concept approach that focuses on biological architecture that pays attention to the health of residents in terms of psychological factors and alternative architecture so as to produce a green area, in the rehabilitation center area there are vegetable and fruit gardens that function as food for consumption by patients, fish ponds that function as food and used for cultivation, cattle pens, craft workshops that function as productive activities that produce, fields and building forms that correlate the shape of the bow ruler and the traditional dog tagog house which are transformed into an alternative building. Abstract

Perancangan hunian vertikal khususnya rumah susun sewa (rusunawa) seringkali belum memenuhi standar efisiensi energi yang dipersyaratkan, terutama terkait optimasi bukaan ventilasi sebagai media pencahayaan alami dan pengendalian beban panas termal selubung bangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi tingkat pencahayaan alami melalui bukaan ventilasi eksisting dan menghitung nilai Overall Thermal Transfer Value (OTTV) selubung bangunan pada Rusunawa Daan Mogot Unit A, Kalideres, Jakarta Barat, sebagai indikator efisiensi energi dalam kerangka penilaian Greenship GBCI. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui simulasi perangkat lunak DIALux pada 884 ruang di 10 lantai dan perhitungan OTTV berdasarkan SNI 6389:2020, dengan pemodelan tiga dimensi menggunakan SketchUp sebagai dasar input. Objek penelitian adalah Rusunawa Unit A yang memiliki total 784 unit bukaan ventilasi jendela terdiri dari tiga tipe (Type 1: 135×150 cm, Type 2: 70×150 cm, Type 3: 260×150 cm) yang terdistribusi pada empat orientasi fasad. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan rata-rata pencahayaan alami sebesar 1.210,96 lux pada seluruh lantai 1 hingga 10, dengan 45,6% dari total 884 ruang aktif memperoleh cahaya alami ≥300 lux, seluruhnya telah memenuhi standar minimum 250 lux sesuai SNI 03-6575-2001 dan SNI 6197:2020. Namun demikian, nilai OTTV total bangunan diperoleh sebesar 47,257 W/m², melebihi batas SNI 6389:2020 (≤35 W/m²) dan Pergub DKI Jakarta No. 5 Tahun 2026 (≤45 W/m²), dengan komponen OTTV Solar sebagai penyumbang terbesar sebesar 55,9%. Sebagai rekomendasi, penggantian spesifikasi kaca menjadi kaca Low-Emissivity (Low-E) dengan Shading Coefficient SC ≤ 0,24 dan penerapan elemen peneduh horizontal pada orientasi Utara dan Selatan diperlukan untuk memenuhi standar efisiensi energi yang dipersyaratkan.

Abstract

Jln. H.juanda is a transit point for users of rail transportation services at Bekasi station with high mobility. Activities on Jalan H. Juanda are dominated by motorbikes, shop houses, and street vendors. The actors involved in this area are users of rail transportation services, entrepreneurs around the station environment, street vendors (street vendors), drivers (motor cars, public transport), pedestrians. In this area there is a meeting between pedestrians and motorized vehicles. This area is a traffic jam point in Bekasi because there is a rail gate that is close to the sharp bamboo monument roundabout. Under these conditions, it is necessary to organize along the H. Juanda road corridor to overcome the congestion that occurs and to design a road corridor that accommodates all existing activities and actors. The arrangement begins with a field survey to identify problems, collect data and measure existing in the field. These data are then analyzed using Hamid Sirvani's Urban Design theory, taking into account the applicable regulations and standards. The output of this arrangement is the corridor design for Jln. H. Juanda includes the design of pedestrian circulation paths, public and private vehicle drivers, paths and street vendor zones. Design output includes two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) layout drawings.
