Abstract

Limbah pertanian yang melimpah seperti cangkang kelapa sawit, dan tempurung kelapa serta sisa gergaji yang tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik, sebagai bahan baku pembuatan biopelet. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas biopelet dengan melakukan variasi campuran bahan Cangkang Kelapa Sawit (CKS), Tempurung Kelapa (TK), dan Serbuk Kayu Jati (SKJ). Adapun komposisi bahan yang digunakan pada penelitian yakni 50%CKS, 25%TK, 25%SKJ (K1); 25%CKS, 50%TK, 25%SKJ (K2); 25%CKS, 25%TK, 50%SKJ (K3). Pengujian karakteristik biopelet menggunakan standar pelet kayu (SNI 8021-2014). Analisis statistik dilakukan menggunakan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) dengan taraf 5% untuk melihat pengaruh campuran bahan terhadap karakteristik biopelet. Hasil pengujian mendapatkan biopelet campuran bahan 25%CKS, 50%TK, 25%SKJ (K2) merupakan biopelet terbaik dengan kadar air 10,78%, diameter 0,63 cm, panjang 4,68 cm, kerapatan 0,8 g/cm3, kadar abu 1,1%, zat menguap 73,52%, karbon terikat 25,38% dan nilai kalor 4.5050,79 kal/g. Hasil analisis sidik ragam mendapatkan bahwa variasi campuran bahan berpengaruh terhadap kadar air, kerapatan, kadar abu, zat menguap, karbon terikat, tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap diameter, panjang, dan nilai kalor biopelet. Diharapkan pembuatan biopelet yang menggunakan limbah pertanian dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomis limbah serta menghasilkan kualitas biopelet yang baik.

Abstract

The purpose of carrying out this practical work is to fulfill the requirements for thesis preparation, to develop the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) for administrators, teachers and students at Cyber Media Utama Vocational School. This practical work activity method begins with the preparation stage and field survey. Followed by a discussion with the parties, namely the principal of the Vocational Middle School Cyber Media Utama Vocational School which is located in the Kalisuren Village area, Kec. Tajurhalang District. Bogor- West Java. To identify the needs and opportunities required by Administrators, Teachers and Students of Cyber Media Utama Vocational School, then the socialization and training stage is carried out by the team. The results of this research are that administrators, teachers and students at Cyber Media Utama Vocational School can use and develop the Learning Management System (LMS) that has been created and can create or add learning methods according to school needs.
