Abstract

One of the factors that influence the success of an undergraduate student is learning motivation. Students are required to learn and develop themselves independently and actively find the source of knowledge, not just getting knowledge from the lecturers alone. One type of motivation is intrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation can be in the form of satisfaction in undergoing learning and gaining knowledge, the existence of appreciation of the achievements achieved, and the existence of life goals to be achieved. Thus it is necessary to do research to predict student learning performance by considering the intrinsic motivation of students. Primary data was obtained from the motivational questionnaire of 100 students, while secondary data includes attendance data, quiz data, assignments, mid-term exam, and final exam. Furthermore, the two types of data are combined. The first stage uses the Logistics Regression Algorithm, Support Vector Classifier, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Gaussian Naïve Bayes, and K-Nearest Neighbors. The quality of the algorithm is measured using the level of accuracy. Cross validation test with 5 K-Fold was carried out, and the Decision Tree algorithm was obtained with the highest yield of 0.898051. The second stage is to do a tuning hyperparameter using a Grid Search and obtained a value of 0.927206. The third stage is to predict data test as much as 21 data and obtained accuracy of 0.904761.

Abstract

The minimum distance of the new facility from the residential area is as far as 2 kilometers. Regulations are made to prevent pollution that can pollute residential areas. This study discusses the problem of determining the location of new facilities and determining the route of pollution vehicles by considering the minimum distance of the facility to the residential area of the compound route. The purpose of this study is to develop a mathematical model for the problem of determining the location of facilities and vehicle routes that considers the minimum distance of the facility to residential housing and compound routes. This study develops a mathematical model in the form of Mixed Integer Quadratic Programming (MIQP). The trial was conducted with 2 scenarios, namely 2 and 3 facility candidates, and from 7 to 13 customers. The trial scenario was carried out by changing the minimum distance from the facility candidate to the residential area, so that each scenario had 21 data processing times. From the results of data processing for the 2 facility candidates obtained, it can be seen that between the number of customers 7 to 13 there is no noticeable difference, and it still tends to look the same. Likewise with 3 facility candidates who do not show too big differences or even tend to be the same. The results obtained for 2 facility candidates with a minimum distance of 200 were 21,385.3, and the results for 3 facility candidates with a minimum distance of 200 were 21,237.3.

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan BUMN yang bergerak pada bidang jasa konstruksi yang melakukan pembangunan pelabuhan dermaga yang digunakan sebagai tempat bersandarnya kapal barang bermuatan gas yang merupakan bahan bakar pembangkit listrik utama pada PLTMGU Lombok Peaker. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, ditemukan potensi bahaya yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan seperti pekerjaan berada di bawah crane yang berpotensi menyebabkan kecelakaan apabila tali yang digunakan terputus. Jika tidak segera ditangani dapat menyebabkan pekerja mengalami cidera yang berujung pada kecacatan fisik bahkan dapat mengakibatkan kematian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi bahaya yang timbul akibat dari kecelakaan kerja serta memberikan usulan perbaikan untuk meminimalisir risiko kecelakaan kerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan 5 potensi bahaya yang ada yaitu 40% berada pada risiko extreme, 40% pada risiko high, dan 20% pada risiko medium. Usulan rekomendasi perbaikan yaitu memberikan arahan dan memastikan pekerja telah menggunakan APD, melakukan perbaikan pada keadaan lapangan, memberikan arahan dan saran untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan berdasarkan SOP yang benar sesuai dengan anjuran dari HSE. Diharapkan dari penelitian ini dapat meminimalisir risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja di PT. XYZ pada proyek Jetty PLTMGU Lombok Peaker sehingga pekerja dapat bekerja dengan aman.
