Abstract

Recently, TV stations and social media were enlivened by news about domestic violence (KDRT) committed by artist FI against his wife who is also an artist named VM in a hotel in East Java. Previously, domestic violence among fellow LK artists was also horrified who experienced violence perpetrated by RB and this case ended with recovery and revocation of the police report. On social media, the viral video of domestic violence experienced by a child from his father, a businessman named RIS, has been determined as an allegation of a report from his wife after the examination and case title. Domestic violence against children which shocked the Indonesian public occurred in 1984 which was experienced by 7-year-old AH who died after being abused by his own biological father and mother. The South Jakarta District Court found Saya guilty and was sentenced to 5 years in prison while his wife S was sentenced to 3 years in prison. This research method uses a type of normative legal research that is carried out or focuses on positive legal norms in the form of laws and regulations with an empirical juridical approach by reviewing normative or juridical concepts regarding the implementation of legal protection for victims of domestic violence (KDRT) who are victims of crime. The conclusion of this study is that the reasons for the occurrence of acts of physical violence within the household (KDRT) by husbands against wives and/or children: infidelity factors, economic factors, psychological factors and the nature of the husband, educational factors, third party factors (family) and legal consequences due to acts of physical violence within the household (KDRT) by husbands against wives and/or children can be carried out through non-litigation through P2TP2A and Komnas Perempuan while handling litigation through police reporting.

Abstract

In the modern era, trademarks are no longer merely distinguishing marks for products and services between companies. They now represent the value, reputation, and credibility of a business entity in the eyes of consumers, making them strategic assets in market competition. Therefore, trademarks fall within the category of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) that require strong, comprehensive, and sustainable legal protection. This study aims to analyze the application and legal protection of well-known registered trademarks to ensure their optimal operation and compliance with applicable regulations. The research employs a qualitative method with a normative legal approach and a case study focusing on the trademark dispute involving Kojie-san. The findings indicate that legal protection of trademarks plays a vital role in safeguarding the rights of trademark owners and ensuring fairness for third parties. The development of trademark law is necessary to balance the protection of trademark owners’ rights with public interest. This study is expected to serve as a reference for policymakers in revising intellectual property regulations and establishing a fair and effective protection system.

Abstract

This research examines the mechanism for unilateral termination of employment (PHK) in Indonesia based on Decision Number 31/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2024/PN.Srg. The problem formulation includes legal regulations regarding unilateral layoffs in Indonesia as well as the suitability of PT's actions. Teguh Murni Perdana against Wawan Setiyono with the applicable legal provisions. This research uses a normative juridical method with a case study approach to analyze layoff procedures carried out by companies. The results of the research show that the action of layoffs does not meet valid reasons and is not in accordance with written notification procedures as regulated in employment regulations. This study emphasizes the importance of implementing layoff mechanisms in accordance with the law to provide legal certainty and prevent violations of labor regulations

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran yang ada di Kariemnet diharapkan dapat mendorong penggunaan media sosial pengguna agar semakin tinggi lagi sehingga strategi pemasaran  yang tinggi akan  meningkatkan penggunaan media sosial yang tinggi pula  sehingga akan mendorong dalam pertumbuhan pangsa pasar kariemnet itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pemasaran  terhadap pertumbuhan pangsa pasar kariemnet melalui penggunaan media sosial. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna kariemnet yang  berjumlah 100 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumah 100 orang/responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknik sampling jenuh dimana seluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan smart pls. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan media sosial,   penggunaan media sosial berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan pangsa pasar, strategi pemasaran  berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan pangsa pasar dan strategi pemasaran  berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan pangsa pasar melalui penggunaan media sosial

Abstract

Kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh PT. Bunga Indo Sejahtera diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai sehingga terbentuk budaya organisasi yang kuat, yang pada gilirannya akan mendorong peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi kerja pegawai terhadap budaya organisasi di PT. Bunga Indo Sejahtera serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bunga Indo Sejahtera sebanyak 75 orang, dan seluruh populasi tersebut dijadikan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan pengumpulan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial, khususnya analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap budaya organisasi, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap budaya organisasi, namun kompetensi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, motivasi juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Namun, budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawaiKata Kunci: Kemampuan, Dorongan, Budaya Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan
