Abstract

This study aims to develop a clinical pathway for hemorrhagic stroke patients based on the 3S (SDKI, SLKI, SIKI). The method used is Research and Development with stages including literature study, observation evaluation, validity and reliability testing, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The research results show that developing a 3S-based hemorrhagic stroke clinical pathway is by clinical practice guidelines and service quality. The results of Pearson's product-moment correlation test are <0.514, and the reliability of the Cronbach alpha test is 0.906. Conclusion: The development of a 3S-based hemorrhagic stroke clinical pathway was prepared with nursing diagnoses, including ineffective airway clearance, decreased intracranial adaptive capacity, acute pain, impaired physical mobility, and risk of fluid imbalance. The development of a 3S-based hemorrhagic stroke clinical pathway is generally in good categories in terms of Functionality, Efficiency, and Usability so that it can be recommended for use by nurses and can improve the quality of hospital services. Abstract

This study aims to explore interventions to prevent the occurrence of multi-resistant organisms (MRO) in patients with blood pressure cuff placement in special care rooms. This research method uses the 2020 Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) guidelines with the Scopus, PubMed, CINAHL, and SAGE databases. The results of the study found five types of interventions namely disinfection and decontamination with alcohol, addition of hydrogen peroxide in the sterilization process, cuff design with a barrier between the skin and the cuff, education and training programs for medical personnel, and development of standard procedure protocols. In conclusion, interventions to prevent the occurrence of multi-organism resistance in patients with blood pressure cuff placement do not only focus on equipment, but the knowledge and standard of cleaning procedures owned by health workers need to be improved and developed. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of a combination of deep breathing exercises and murottal on changes in pain and vital signs in patients after open heart surgery in intensive care. This research method uses a quasi-experimental design pre-post test. The results showed that the difference test between the treatment and control groups, there was a significant difference. value= 0.001, SpO2 with p value=0.000 and MAP with p value=0.000. The statistical tests used are the Independent t-test, Paired t-test, and Manova, with a significance level of α= 0.05. In conclusion, combining deep breathing exercises and murottal is a relaxation technique that can affect changes in pain and vital signs (pulse, RR, SpOâ and MAP) in patients after open heart surgery.
