Abstract

Regional economic development is significant in improving the community's standard of living. The success of this development depends on formulating and implementing policies that prioritize sectors with substantial competitive advantages. This research aims to analyze the base and non-base sectors that comprise the economy and the typology of leading sectors to be developed further in Kebumen Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive to describe the characteristics of Kebumen Regency's economic sectors systematically. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in the form of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) data for Kebumen Regency and Central Java Province in 2023. Three analytical tools are used to analyze the leading sectors: Location Quotient (LQ), Dynamic Location Quotient, and Sectoral Klassen Typology. The research results show that five leading sectors in Kebumen Regency are classified as base and prospective sectors, namely (1) Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, (2) Wholesale and Retail Trade, (3) Transportation and Warehousing, (4) Government Administration, Defense, and Mandatory Social Security, and (5) Health Services and Social Activities.

Abstract

Malnutrition issues such as stunting remain a serious problem in Dieng Village, despite the area's great potential in the agricultural sector. The main factors causing stunting include a lack of community knowledge about nutrition, low compliance with posyandu activities, and suboptimal food processing. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge of mothers with stunted toddlers and pregnant women with Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) about balanced nutrition and stunting prevention efforts. The program targets 18 mothers with stunted toddlers and 2 pregnant women with CED. The activities included counseling sessions on the three types of food, balanced nutrition guidelines, and the importance of posyandu, using leaflets as media, followed by a cooking demonstration on how to make chicken and tofu nuggets as a high-protein menu that is easy to make. Based on the evaluation results, there was a significant increase in participants' knowledge, from an average pre-test score of 65% to 97.5% on the post-test. In addition, the enthusiasm and active participation of participants during the question and answer session showed that the combination of theoretical education and hands-on practice was effective in increasing awareness and understanding of nutrition and stunting prevention.

Abstract

Current technological developments require all sectors to continue to innovate, one of which is the financial sector, named financial technology (fintech). DANA is one of the digital wallet programs (e-wallets) that fintech introduces as a payment method or non-cash transaction method. Using e-satisfaction as a moderating variable, this study attempts to ascertain and investigate the effects of e-service and e-trust on the e-loyalty of DANA e-wallet users in Generation Z in Karawang Regency. This study employed a quantitative technique with a descriptive verification method. Both primary (questionnaires) and secondary (books, theories, and scientific literature) data are used. The study's participants were Karawang e-wallet users who had used the DANA app to complete transactions. 135 persons made up the study's sample. The sample strategy combined a purposive sampling approach with non-probability sampling. Research data is analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. In addition to a positive but insignificant effect on e-service to e-loyalty, the study's findings indicate that e-service to e-satisfaction and e-trust to e-satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on e-service to e-loyalty, e-satisfaction to e-loyalty, e-service to e-loyalty through e-satisfaction, and e-trust to e-loyalty through e-satisfaction.
