<![CDATA[Kepatuhan berobat pada klien gagal ginjal merupakan hal yang penting untuk membantu klien itu sendiri, karena jika klien tidak menjalani pengobatan hemodialisis maka akan terjadi penimbunan zat-zat tidak aman hasil metabolisme di dalam darah sehingga membuat klien merasa tersiksa di sekujur tubuhnya. Mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode cross sectional. Populasinya adalah seluruh pasien hemodialisa yang berjumlah 46 responden. teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Dengan taraf signifikan 95% atau nilai α 5% (0,05) diperoleh p value (0,000) < nilai α (0,05)sehingga dapat disimpulkan dari hasil tersebut H0 ditolak artinya ada hubungan antara dukungan emosional keluarga dan kepatuhan pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik Menjalani Terapi Hemodialisis di RSUD Karawang Tahun 2023. Terdapat hubungan antara dukungan emosional keluarga dengan kepatuhan pasien gagal ginjal kronik dalam menjalani terapihemodialisis.
