Abstract

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai masalah manajemen pemasaran yang berfokus pada strategi Experiential Marketing, Social Media Marketing Dan Brand Trust Terhadap Repurchase Intention. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Experiential Marketing, Social Media Marketing Dan Brand Trust Terhadap Repurchase Intention baik secara parsial maupun simlutan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang ditemui di Fitri Jilbab Kediri dengan sampel sebanyak 384 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument kuisioner dan teknik analisis data melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh Marketing secarExperiential Marketing, Social Media Marketing dan Brand Trust secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention Pada Konsumen Fitri Jilbab Kediri, terlihat dari signifikan uji F sebesar 0,000 < sig. 0,05. Kata Kunci : Experiential Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Brand Trust, Repurchase Intention

Abstract

This research aims to explore how Work Spirit, Work Discipline, and Workload affect employee work productivity at PT. Trigon Scientific Indonesia. This study employs a quantitative research approach with an associative method. The population for this study includes all employees of PT. Trigon Scientific Indonesia, with a sample size of 50 respondents. For testing, the researcher used tests for Validity and Reliability, as well as Classical Assumption Tests, which consist of Normality Test, Linearity Test, Heteroskedasticity Test, and Multicollinearity Test. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t-Test, F-Test, and Coefficient of Determination (R2). The results of the research indicate that in the Work Spirit variable, there is a positive and significant influence on Work Productivity. In the Work Discipline variable, there is a negative and insignificant influence on Work Productivity. And in the Workload variable, there is a negative and insignificant influence on Work Productivity. The result of the F-test is stated as positive and significant.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a company operating in the convection/sewing sector. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of competence, work experience, work commitment on the productivity of production employees. This research was carried out at CV Zaada Usaha Mulia Kediri. The research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all 47 production employees of CV Zaada Usaha Mulia Kediri. The technique used for analysis is the IBM SPSS program version 22. The data analysis technique in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test. The results of this test concluded that the t test results showed that the competency variable partially had a significant positive effect on employee productivity with a significant value of 0.003 and a t value of 3.119. The work experience variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee productivity with a significant value of 0.356 and a t-count value of 0.933. The work commitment variable partially has a significant positive effect on employee productivity with a significant value of 0.004 and a t value of 3.075. And the results of the f test show that the variables competency, work experience and work commitment have a significant effect on the productivity of production employees with a significant value of 0.000 and an F value of 20.909.
