Abstract

AbstrakRumah sakit membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang berkinerja tinggi dalam mencapai tujuan kinerja institusi. Pengelolaan rumah sakit dalam menghadapi persaingan kompetitif memerlukan pengelolaan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang optimal untuk membantu institusi mencapai tujuannya. Pencapaian kinerja yang optimal didukung oleh gaya kepemimpinan pemimpin dan iklim organisasi terhadap pegawai. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja dokter secara parsial maupun simultan di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang periode Januari–Oktober 2022. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh dokter umum dan dokter spesialis di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang dengan total sampel sebanyak 179 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan 43 pernyataan valid dan reliabel dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 24.0. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengukuran perubahan variabel dependen dijelaskan menggunakan analisis koefisien determinasi, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen secara simultan menggunakan uji F dan secara parsial menggunakan uji T. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan situasional dan iklim organisasi secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh positif searah terhadap kinerja dokter. Kontribusi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja dokter masih rendah, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian dalam meningkatkan kinerja dokter di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang disarankan untuk memprioritaskan intervensi pertama, yaitu iklim organisasi dan dilanjutkan dengan gaya kepemimpinan situasional. The Influence of Situational and Leadership Styles Organizational Climate on Physician PerformanceAbstractHospitals need high-performing human resources to achieve institutional performance goals. Hospital management in the face of competitive competition requires optimal management and development of human resources to help the institution achieve its goals. The achievement of optimal performance is supported by the leader's leadership style and organizational climate toward employees. The study aimed to determine the influence of situational leadership style and organizational climate on the performance of doctors, partially or simultaneously, at Dr. M. Djamil Padang Hospital. The research method uses quantitative descriptive data with a cross-sectional design. The study population was all general practitioners and specialists at Dr. M. Djamil Padang Hospital from January to October 2022, with a total sample size of 179 respondents. The research instrument used 43 valid and reliable statements from questionnaires filled out by respondents. Data will be processed using SPSS version 24.0. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The measurement of changes in the dependent variable is explained using the coefficient of determination analysis while testing the hypothesis of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable simultaneously using the F-test and partially using the T-test. The contribution of situational leadership style and organizational climate to physician performance still needs to be higher. At the same time, the rest is influenced by other factors that still need to be studied. Based on research findings on improving doctors' performance at RSUP, Dr. M. Djamil Padang recommends prioritizing the first intervention, namely organizational climate and continuing with the situational leadership style.

Abstract

Sustainable education plays an important role in improving the quality of human resources (HR) in the era of globalization. This study aims to analyze the concept and application of education sustainability in an effort to improve the quality of human resources, as well as identify factors that affect education sustainability and the policies that support it. The approach used in this study is descriptive with a literature review method, by collecting data from scientific journals, official government reports, and related articles. The results of the study show that the sustainability of education does not only depend on academic quality, but also on the development of individual skills, character, and adaptability to changing times. Continuing education must be responsive to rapid technological, economic, and social developments. In this case, education policies that support improving the quality of teachers, equitable access to education, and integrating technology are important factors in achieving the goal of quality and inclusive education. The Indonesian government has implemented various policies, such as teacher certification programs, continuous training, and teacher professional development to improve the competence of educators. However, the main challenges faced are the gap in access to education between regions, as well as the need to adapt the curriculum to technological developments and the job market. This study concludes that the sustainability of education is an important long-term investment in shaping a generation that is ready to compete at the global level.
