Abstract

AbstractThe period and arrangements regarding the procedure for extending HGB above HPL are currently regulated in PP No. 18 of 2021. Any changes in the procedure for extending the term of HGB above HPL are considered to be out of sync and harmony. The purpose of the study was to determine the arrangement of the period of HGB over HPL after the enactment of PP No. 18 of 2021 and the suitability of setting the term of HGB above HPL in PP No. 18 of 2021 with the UUPA. The results obtained from this study are firstly the regulation regarding the period of HGB over HPL which is now regulated in PP No. 18 of 2021. Second, there is no synchronization between UUPA, UUCK, and PP No. 18 of 2021.Keywords: HGB; HPL; synchronization; harmonizationAbstrakJangka waktu dan pengaturan mengenai tata cara perpanjangan HGB diatas HPL saat ini diatur dalam PP No 18 Tahun 2021. Adanya perubahan mengenai tata cara perpanjangan jangka waktu HGB diatas HPL dianggap tidak sinkron dan harmonis. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaturan jangka waktu HGB di atas HPL pasca berlakunya PP No 18 Tahun 2021 dan kesesuaian pengaturan jangka waktu HGB di atas HPL dalam PP No 18 Tahun 2021 dengan UUPA. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah pertama pengaturan mengenai jangka waktu HGB di atas HPL yang sekarang diatur dalam PP No 18 Tahun 2021. Kedua tidak ada sinkronisasi antara UUPA, UUCK, dan PP No 18 Tahun 2021Kata kunci: HGB; HPL; sinkronisasi; harmonisasi
