Abstract

Tanjung Lesung merupakan kawasan strategis pariwisata dan pada tahun 2015 resmi sebagai Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Pariwisata di Desa Tanjungjaya, Kec. Panimbang, Kab. Pandeglang, Provinsi Banten. Setelah mengalami bencana alam tsunami pada 22 Desember 2018, PT. Banten West Java Tourism Development terus melakukan upaya pemulihan dalam meningkatkan kembali pariwisata di Tanjung Lesung melalui implementasi program manajemen krisis pariwisata. Manajemen krisis digunakan oleh suatu organisasi sehubungan dengan suatu masalah yang berada di luar kendali. Manajemen krisis pariwisata terbagi menjadi enam tahapan yaitu, pre-event, prodromal, emergency, intermediate, recovery dan resolution. Tujuan penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana penerapan enam tahapan manajemen krisis pariwisata saat setelah terjadinya tsunami. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif menjelaskan fenomena yang ada saat ini atau masa lampau. Hasil penelitian terdapat Enam tahapan manajemen krisis pariwisata di KEK Tanjung Lesung sudah menerapkan sistem peringatan dini, satgas bencana, SOP gempa bumi dan bencana, instruksi evakuasi, dan pembentukan tim tanggap darurat. Ada beberapa indikator yang belum diterapkan dan masih dalam proses perencanaan untuk meningkatkan tindakan enam tahapan manajemen krisis pariwisata di masa depan.

Abstract

Community-based tourism aims to develop tourism potential by actively involving local communities. Tourism villages are the main focus in the development of community-based Tourism. Indonesia has a rich cultural heritage and natural environment that can provide authentic experiences to tourists. The research identified the potential of developing a tourism village with community participation. The research endeavors to uncover patterns of success and challenges across cases, shedding light on best practices and potential pitfalls in implementing community-based tourism initiatives. The Regional Regulation of Bandung Regency Number 4 of 2019 concerning the 2018-2025 Regional Tourism Development Master Plan, Desa Lamajang is included in the Regional Tourism Development Area (KPPD) for Wisata Petualangan Alam Lamajang, whose tourism product development theme is tourism village areas and special interests, as well as development targets. In the form of applying the concept of developing special interest tourist areas and tourist villages through community empowerment while maintaining the quality of the ecological environment.Furthermore, Desa Lamajang is relevant for implementing community-based tourism because that community participation in increasing tourist interest, especially for Pilot Tourism Village, can support the government's plans for sustainable tourism.

Abstract

The existence of parties who have an interest in a tourist destination is vital because of its function as a controller for the diversity and complexity of the tourism industry, including in tourist villages. Therefore, it is necessary to review how far stakeholder involvement is as a form of actualization of an institution in tourist destinations, especially rural tourism. This study uses a qualitative method that is adapted to the concept of descriptive research by collecting data from semi-structured interviews with several related parties. The results of the discussion and discussion indicate that from the case study in the Cibuntu Tourism Village, the implementation of tourism activities is centralized to stakeholders who are key players, namely the Cibuntu Village Government, Pokdarwis, and BUMDES which regulate all policies and programs. Meanwhile, other stakeholders are divided into subject categories, crowd and contest setters whose existence and functionality need to be maximized.

Abstract

The significant roles and functions of community participation in management are a critical basis for the urgency of reviewing the performance of tourism village managers. This study was conducted at the Pandanrejo Tourism Village (Dewa Pandan). Through the performance indicators of tourism village management, it can be studied how these indicators are applied to the Pandanrejo Tourism Village, to find out the strengths, weaknesses, and factors that influence the performance of the Pandanrejo Tourism Village Pokdarwis. The study was carried out descriptively with a qualitative approach. Based on observations, interviews, and secondary data collection, it was found that Dewa Pandan had implemented management performance indicators well. However, there are still weaknesses in institutional performance as well as conservation performance.
