Abstract

The development of science and technology at this time has a very important role, one of which is in the field of computers. which makes computer devices equipped with application programs so that they can be utilized optimally. Along with the development of technology in this era of globalization, it can make it easier for people to carry out learning, education, and other activities because this website-based application program can accelerate information conveyed quickly and precisely. The research method used is to conduct field research in the form of observations and interviews to obtain the data and information needed in the research. The purpose of this discussion is to find out the coffee sales cashier system carried out by Burak Kopi. With the PHP-based coffee sales cashier application using CodeIgniter and MySql database, it is expected to be able to present information thoroughly and accurately and more efficiently than the old system. This coffee sales cashier application at Burak Kopi is to facilitate the transaction process on coffee sales.

Abstract

The development of technology and science is very rapid, especially in the field of computers which makes computer devices equipped with application programs so that they can be utilized to the fullest. Along with the development of technology in this globalization era, it can make it easier for people to carry out learning, education and other activities because the existence of a website-based application program can accelerate information conveyed quickly and precisely. The registration of new students has a close relationship with educational activities, starting from filling in the prospective student data form, filling in the parent data form, and filling in the data for prospective new students which takes quite a long time. This final project uses the waterfall (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service) method and to describe the running system the author uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). This system was created in order to simplify the registration process and the process of making new student registration reports.

Abstract

Rumah Yatim dan Tahfidz Qur'an Madani is an educational institution that plays a role in the field of religion, besides that, Rumah Yatim dan Tahfidz Qur'an Madani is now pioneering a sales business, currently Rumah Yatim dan Tahfidz Qur'an Madani still uses a manual data management system. Where the cashier still calculates each sales result manually like a calculator in general,. To overcome these problems, the need for a sales cashier application at the Madani Qur'an Orphanage and Tahfidz is expected with this application can make it easier for cashiers to collect financial data properly so that existing reports can be stored safely and effectively. This research was conducted at the madani qur'an orphanage and tahfidz house which is located at Jln. Kiara Sari V. No. 22 kel. Margasari Kec. Buah Batu Kab. Bandung. the time and implementation of the research was carried out for three months, starting on February 28, 2023 to April 10, 2023. In this research the system development method used is the Waterfall method. As for this research, the authors obtained data directly from the chairman of the head of the institution directly. The tools in the development of planning and design of this research are using the Unified modeling language (UML). This cashier application is made using PHP and MySQL as the database. based on the research that has been done, the results of the design of the student data application can be concluded that: 1. With the sales cashier application at the madani Qur'an Orphanage and Tahfid House, it can make it easier for cashiers to manage sales reports easily. 2. Storage of sales data at the Madani Qur'an Orphanage and Tahfidz can be stored safely and efficiently. because the data that was previously in paper form will be stored in Softfile form so that it does not require a lot of storage.

Abstract

Pengelolaan nilai siswa merupakan bagian integral dari proses pendidikan yang memerlukan efisiensi dan akurasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pengelolaan nilai siswa berbasis website menggunakan konektor PHP dan MySQL. Aplikasi ini memanfaatkan bahasa pemrograman PHP untuk menghubungkan dengan sistem basis data MySQL yang digunakan untuk menyimpan data nilai siswa. Dengan antarmuka web yang responsif, guru dapat dengan mudah memasukkan nilai, menghitung rata-rata, dan menghasilkan laporan nilai siswa secara real-time. Keuntungan utama dari aplikasi ini adalah efisiensi pengelolaan data, kecepatan pemrosesan, dan aksesibilitas yang ditingkatkan. Pengguna dapat dengan mudah mencari dan memfilter data nilai, serta memonitor perkembangan akademik siswa. Selain itu, aplikasi ini memberikan kemampuan untuk menghasilkan laporan berdasarkan berbagai kriteria, yang dapat digunakan untuk evaluasi dan perencanaan pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, aplikasi pengelolaan nilai siswa berbasis website dengan konektor PHP dan MySQL menjadi solusi modern yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan nilai siswa, mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran, dan meningkatkan komunikasi antara guru, siswa, dan orang tua. Aplikasi ini memiliki potensi untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah-sekolah dan institusi pendidikan lainnya.

Abstract

Abstrak - Upaya peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas layanan administrasi di sektor pemerintahan kini sangat bergantung pada akselerasi transformasi digital. Pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat (Dispusipda Jabar), prosedur peminjaman kendaraan operasional dinas kedapatan masih berjalan secara konvensional. Akibatnya, muncul kendala operasional seperti kekeliruan rekapitulasi data, hambatan dalam memantau unit yang siap pakai, hingga keterlambatan pelaporan. Untuk mengatasi isu tersebut, riset ini merancang sebuah Sistem Informasi Peminjaman Mobil Dinas Berbasis Web lewat implementasi framework Scrum. Alur Scrum dijalankan secara sistematis meliputi Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint, Sprint Review, hingga Sprint Retrospective. Dalam fase perancangan, instrumen Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) digunakan, sedangkan tahap konstruksi program memanfaatkan bahasa pemrograman PHP didukung basis data MySQL. Fitur penunjang yang disediakan mencakup manajemen data armada, pencatatan peminjaman dan pengembalian, pemantauan status unit secara berkala, penyaringan informasi berbasis tanggal, serta ekspor dokumen laporan ke format Excel dan PDF. Evaluasi sistem diaplikasikan melalui User Acceptance Testing (UAT) dengan melibatkan 11 informan (1 administrator dan 10 staf). Berdasarkan pengujian, diperoleh skor kepuasan mencapai 91,64%, yang memosisikan sistem ini pada status sangat layak. Riset ini membuktikan bahwa aplikasi web tersebut sukses mengoptimalkan manajemen akomodasi dinas, menyederhanakan pelacakan unit, serta memangkas durasi pembuatan laporan di lingkungan Dispusipda Jabar. Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi; Peminjaman Mobil Dinas; Web; Scrum; UAT;   Abstract - Accelerating digital transformation within government institutions is essential for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative workflows. Currently, the West Java Provincial Library and Archives Service (Dispusipda Jabar) manages official vehicle assignments through conventional, manual processes. This manual approach frequently leads to operational issues, including data entry inaccuracies, tracking difficulties regarding vehicle availability, and reporting delays. To address these challenges, this study develops a Web-Based Official Car Loan System utilizing the Scrum framework to optimize vehicle management. The methodology systematically follows standard Scrum phases: Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint execution, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. For system architecture, Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) were utilized, while the web application was built using the PHP programming language and backed by a MySQL database. Core functionalities engineered into the platform comprise vehicle inventory management, loan and return tracking, real-time status updates, date-based data filtering, and automated report generation in both Excel and PDF formats. Evaluation was conducted via User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving 11 participants, consisting of one system administrator and ten staff members. The assessment yielded a satisfaction score of 91.64%, classifying the system as highly feasible for deployment. Ultimately, the findings indicate that the developed system successfully enhances the efficacy of fleet management, simplifies monitoring routines, and accelerates report generation workflows at Dispusipda West Java. Abstract

Abstrak - PT Fibernetworks Bandung menghadapi kendala efisiensi dalam pengelolaan kehadiran staf akibat penggunaan sistem pencatatan manual yang rentan terhadap risiko kerusakan dokumen dan kecurangan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang serta mengimplementasikan aplikasi presensi karyawan berbasis web guna mempermudah pengolahan data absensi perusahaan secara terstruktur dan aman. Metode pengembangan sistem yang diterapkan adalah Rapid Application Development, yang memungkinkan proses analisis kebutuhan, perancangan antarmuka, hingga tahap konstruksi program berjalan lebih cepat dan adaptif. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, serta dilengkapi dua hak akses untuk admin dan karyawan. Pengujian fungsionalitas aplikasi dilakukan melalui metode Black-Box Testing untuk memastikan seluruh modul berjalan dengan valid tanpa kesalahan logika. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mampu memangkas waktu rekapitulasi laporan bulanan oleh divisi HRD secara signifikan menjadi hitungan detik. Selain itu, penyimpanan data terpusat berhasil meminimalisasi potensi manipulasi waktu kehadiran karyawan secara real-time. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan aplikasi presensi ini memberikan solusi digital yang efektif, akurat, dan berbobot dalam mengoptimalkan manajemen operasional serta meningkatkan integritas data internal pada PT Fibernetworks Bandung Kata kunci : Aplikasi Presensi; Rapid Application Development; Black-Box Testing; PHP; MySQL;   Abstract - PT Fibernetworks Bandung faces efficiency constraints in managing staff attendance due to the use of a manual recording system that is vulnerable to document damage and data fraud. This study aims to design and implement a web-based employee attendance application to facilitate structured and secure company attendance data processing. The system development method applied is Rapid Application Development, enabling the process of requirements analysis, interface design, to the program construction phase to run faster and adaptively. This system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and features two distinct access levels for both administrators and employees. Application functionality testing was conducted through the Black-Box Testing method to ensure all modules run validly without any logical errors. The implementation results show that this application is able to significantly cut the monthly report recapitulation time by the HRD division to a matter of seconds. In addition, centralized data storage successfully minimizes the potential for real-time manipulation of employee attendance. It can be concluded that the implementation of this web-based attendance application provides an effective, accurate, and valuable digital solution in optimizing operational management and improving internal data integrity at PT Fibernetworks Bandung. Abstract

Pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di Kelurahan Sukahaji, Kecamatan Babakan Ciparay, masih dilaksanakan dengan cara konvensional sehingga menyebabkan beberapa kendala, antara lain proses pelayanan yang relatif lambat, risiko kesalahan dalam pencatatan, serta kurang optimalnya efisiensi dan transparansi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghasilkan dan menerapkan mekanisme push notification melalui WhatsApp yang dapat mendukung pengajuan surat administrasi kependudukan secara lebih cepat dan responsif. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi web dengan integrasi pengiriman pemberitahuan secara otomatis kepada pemohon berdasarkan perkembangan proses pengajuan. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pihak kelurahan dan masyarakat serta pengamatan secara langsung terhadap proses administrasi yang berlangsung. Penerapan solusi tersebut diharapkan mampu memperbaiki mutu pelayanan publik, mempercepat penyampaian informasi, serta mendukung penerapan pemerintahan berbasis digital pada lingkungan kelurahan. Di samping manfaat tersebut, pengembangan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap kajian mengenai sistem informasi pemerintahan dalam bidang akademis.
