Abstract

The development of the industrial world towards industry 4.0 has resulted in changes in the lifestyle of the wider community in carrying out their activities through digital media, one of which is shopping. This has an impact on the emergence of many business actors in the e-Commerce field, which brings its own challenges to stay alive and face the competition. The demands for innovation in competitive competition are also increasingly diverse with various approaches ranging from technology, social science, management science, and even artificial intelligence. One form of innovation that is widely carried out by e-Commerce today is looking for an ideal and effective form of marketing, where the form of marketing itself is considered less able to accommodate e-Commerce needs. One form of real innovation in finding the ideal and effective marketing is precision marketing. Precision marketing itself is marketing that is carried out by utilizing data where consumers are the center of preference for data collection. In fact, many of the e-commerce companies that were launched were unable to keep up with the competition because they were unable to develop marketing strategies and eventually went bankrupt. Therefore, we need a special way to bridge these problems so that e-Commerce can stay alive, especially for e-Commerce classified as Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This research will focus on developing a precision marketing model in e-Commerce for small businesses, namely orebae.com which can be used as a tool in the development of marketing strategies. This research was carried out using a machine learning approach by adopting a decision tree algorithm. The results of this study showed that the precision marketing model for orebae.com based on customer preferences can be used to increase the number of sales of orebae.com and to reduce marketing costs.

Abstract

Anxiety is a problem experienced by many people, both teenagers, adults and children. Anxiety has various causes, symptoms, and types. This research aims to recognize symptoms of anxiety in society and provide an understanding of how to identify these symptoms so that people can recognize when to seek professional help. This research is important to reduce the stigma of mental health problems and encourage people to be proactive in taking care of themselves. Educational steps such as outreach and training can help increase public understanding of anxiety symptoms. It is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution to changing people's attitudes and behavior regarding mental health.

Abstract

This research introduces an innovative Android-based tourism search application that utilizes location-based services (LBS) through the Google Maps API. Yogyakarta, as a popular tourist destination, often faces challenges in accessing attractions outside the city center. The primary objective of this application is to provide comprehensive information about tourist attractions, assisting travelers in discovering attractions based on their preferences and categorizing them by type and the number of visitors. The research adopts a structured development approach using the Waterfall model and various Android-based programming algorithms. Despite a significant increase in the number of foreign tourists visiting Indonesia, there has been a decline in the number of domestic tourists exploring Yogyakarta, primarily due to difficulties in accessing information scattered across various platforms. The main goal of this research is to develop a mobile application that helps tourists find tourist attractions in Yogyakarta, especially those located outside the city center. The application offers a user-friendly interface, enabling users to access in-depth information about tourism categories, directions, and other essential details. Although some issues need to be addressed after the trials, this mobile tourism search application has substantial potential to support the tourism industry by providing comprehensive information to users, simplifying travel planning, and promoting lesser-known attractions.

Abstract

DUKCAPIL services often face obstacles in receiving services manually, which results in a lack of efficiency in community services. The development of an integrated service system based on websites and mobile applications using API technology is a solution in improving efficiency in population and civil registration document services. Development is carried out using API technology as a link between the system and the application. Tests conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) by 56 respondents, resulted in a score of 70.08. The score indicates that the system can facilitate online document services as expected. User satisfaction testing can show that the application of service technology through website systems and mobile applications with API technology can provide significant technological support to DUKCAPIL so that it is expected to increase effectiveness and efficiency in community services.

Abstract

This research discusses the challenges faced by MSMEs, particularly Bakmi Jawa Pak Surat, which have not utilised digital technology to its full potential. The absence of a digital-based ordering and payment system hinders competitiveness, reduces operational efficiency, and hinders the achievement of customer loyalty. The purpose of this research is to develop an online ordering system by integrating gamification elements, which aims to increase customer engagement and retention. The methodology used in this research is the waterfall method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing using blackbox techniques. The test results show that this system can significantly improve operational efficiency, strengthen customer loyalty through interactive gamification features, and facilitate order and transaction management. The implementation of this system makes a meaningful contribution to the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era and can be a solution applied by other MSMEs in facing technological challenges.Keywords: Android; Customer; Gamification; MSME; Ordering System AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas tantangan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM, khususnya Bakmi Jawa Pak Surat, yang belum memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara maksimal. Tidak adanya sistem pemesanan dan pembayaran berbasis digital menghambat daya saing, mengurangi efisiensi operasional, dan menghalangi pencapaian loyalitas pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem pemesanan online dengan mengintegrasikan elemen gamifikasi, yang bertujuan meningkatkan keterlibatan dan retensi pelanggan. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, serta pengujian menggunakan teknik blackbox. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini secara signifikan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperkuat loyalitas pelanggan melalui fitur gamifikasi yang interaktif, serta memudahkan pengelolaan pesanan dan transaksi. Implementasi sistem ini memberikan kontribusi yang berarti bagi daya saing UMKM di era digital serta dapat menjadi solusi yang diterapkan oleh UMKM lain dalam menghadapi tantangan teknologi.

Abstract

The management of electronic goods inventory data at Amanah Listrik Store, which is still conducted manually, has led to inaccurate stock recording and delays in updating information. This research aims to develop an Android-based e-stock application with QR code integration to facilitate the management process of electronic goods inventory. The development process of this application utilizes the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach with the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The implementation of this application is intended to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and speed in managing stock at Amanah Listrik Store. It is expected that the use of this application will reduce recording errors, expedite inventory processes, and simplify tracking of goods with QR codes, thereby improving operational efficiency and productivity. Implementasi aplikasi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan kecepatan dalam pengelolaan stok barang di Toko Amanah Listrik. Penggunaan aplikasi ini diharapkan mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, mempercepat inventarisasi, dan memudahkan pelacakan barang dengan QR Code, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas operasional. Abstract

Transmojo encountered challenges in delivering efficient motorcycle rental services due to the lack of a digital application that supports booking and navigation processes. This research focuses on developing an Android-based application integrated with the Google Maps API and a Real-time database to provide instant information on motorcycle availability. The application was developed using Kotlin for the Android platform, with Firebase serving as the database. The development process followed the V-Model approach, applying verification and validation at every stage to ensure the proper functioning of all features. Testing was carried out using the black-box method. The results indicate that the application performs well, enhancing the efficiency of the booking process and offering a smoother navigation experience for users. This application is expected to simplify the rental process, improve customer satisfaction, and support the growth of motorcycle rental services at Transmojo.Keywords: Motorcycle rental; Android; Google Maps API; Real-time; V-Model AbstrakTransmojo mengalami kendala dalam memberikan layanan penyewaan motor yang efisien karena tidak adanya aplikasi digital yang mendukung proses pemesanan dan navigasi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan aplikasi berbasis Android yang terintegrasi dengan Google Maps API dan database Real-time untuk menampilkan informasi ketersediaan motor secara langsung. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan Kotlin untuk platform Android dan Firebase sebagai basis data. Metodologi pengembangan mengikuti pendekatan V-Model, dengan penerapan verifikasi dan validasi di setiap tahap guna memastikan semua fungsi berjalan dengan optimal. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black-Box Testing. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berfungsi dengan baik, meningkatkan efisiensi pemesanan, dan memberikan pengalaman navigasi yang lebih nyaman bagi pengguna. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses penyewaan, meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, dan mendukung pertumbuhan layanan penyewaan motor di Transmojo.

Abstract

This research focuses on the Android-based bouquet ordering system for Toko Bunga Bu Ninik, established in 2011. The store has faced challenges in sales and product marketing due to reliance on conventional methods, which limit access to information and ease of transaction. This study aims to design and develop a Mobile application to facilitate online bouquet ordering. The application includes a bouquet customization feature that allows customers to arrange bouquet components according to their needs and preferences, as well as a digital payment feature to simplify transactions. The application development process follows the waterfall methodology, covering analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages. Testing results indicate that all functional features of the Android-based bouquet ordering application, such as registration, login, flower and bouquet selection, checkout, profile editing, payment, and transaction history, work effectively. This implementation overcomes the limitations of conventional ordering methods and is capable of enhancing operational efficiency, expanding market reach, and providing a better transaction experience for customers.Keywords: E-marketing; Android; Flowers; Laravel; Optimization AbstrakPenelitian ini berfokus pada sistem pemesanan buket bunga berbasis android untuk Toko Bunga Bu Ninik, yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 2011. Toko mengalami kendala dalam hal penjualan dan pemasaran produk karena masih mengandalkan metode konvensional yang terbatas dalam akses informasi dan kemudahan transaksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain dan membuat aplikasi Mobile berbasis android yang dapat memudahkan proses pemesanan buket bunga secara daring. aplikasi ini dilengkapi dengan fitur kustomisasi komponen buket bunga yang memungkinkan pelanggan mengatur komponen buket bunga sesuai kebutuhan dan keinginan, serta fitur pembayaran digital untuk mempermudah transaksi. Proses pengembangan aplikasi mengikuti metodologi Waterfall, yang mencakup tahap analisis, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasil pengujian aplikasi pemesanan buket bunga berbasis Android untuk Toko Bunga Bu Ninik menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur fungsional bekerja dengan baik seperti register, login, pemilihan bunga dan buket, checkout, pengeditan profil, pembayaran, serta riwayat transaksi. Implementasi ini berhasil mengatasi keterbatasan metode pemesanan konvensional dan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperluas jangkauan pasar, serta memberikan pengalaman transaksi yang lebih baik kepada pelanggan.

Abstract

The main problem faced by a used motorcycle dealership Arta Jaya Motor is ineffective management and marketing. This Android application was developed to facilitate the sale of used motorcycles using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method of the Waterfall model. This application includes features such as motorcycle list, description, login, Register, checkout, and purchase history. Testing with the Black Box method shows that the application functions as expected, making it easier for buyers to find and buy motorcycles and helping dealers in product management. This application has the potential to increase marketing efficiency and dealership competitiveness.

Abstract

In today's digital era, mobile applications are increasingly important in various fields of life, especially in the tourism industry. Umbul Ponggok Tourism is a tourist destination in Klaten, which is famous for snorkeling and diving activities. Currently, snorkeling equipment rental still uses a manual system for snorkeling equipment rental. This causes long waiting times, errors in recording transactions, and difficulties in managing equipment. This research aims to design a mobile-based snorkeling equipment rental application using QR Code technology. This application makes it easier for tourists to make online reservations, and speeds up the rental validation process with a QR Code. The methodology used includes prototype with the stages of communication, quick plan, quick design modeling, prototype and system testing and Deployment Delivery & Feedback. The results of testing using the blackbox testing method, the rental system that has been made is successfully implemented so that it can simplify and speed up the process of picking up and returning equipment which can increase service efficiency and tourist satisfaction.Keywords: Application; Snorkeling Equipment Rental; Prototype; QR Code; Mobile. AbstrakDi era digital saat ini, aplikasi seluler semakin penting digunakan berbagai bidang kehidupan, terutama di industri pariwisata. Wisata Umbul Ponggok merupakan destinasi wisata di Klaten, yang terkenal dengan kegiatan snorkeling dan diving. Saat ini, penyewaan alat snorkeling masih menggunakan sistem manual untuk penyewaan alat snorkeling. Hal ini menyebabkan waktu tunggu yang lama, kesalahan pencatatan transaksi, dan kesulitan dalam pengelolaan peralatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi sewa alat snorkeling berbasis mobile menggunakan teknologi QR Code. Aplikasi ini memudahkan wisatawan melakukan reservasi online, serta mempercepat proses validasi penyewaan dengan QR Code. Metodologi yang digunakan mencakup prototype dengan tahapan communication, quick plan, modelling quick design, prototipe dan testing sistem dan Deployement Delivery & Feedback. Hasil pengujian dengan metode blackbox testing, sistem penyewaan yang telah dibuat berhasil diterapkan sehingga dapat mempermudah serta mempercepat proses pengambilan dan pengembalian peralatan yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan dan kepuasan wisatawan.Â
