Abstract

ABSTRAKPT Tanjung Kreasi Parquet Industry melakukan pelatihan perawatan berupa Autonomous Maintenance & Preventive Maintenance (AMPM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pelatihan AMPM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap breakdown dan availability mesin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Paired T-Test, Two Sample T-Test, dan Fishbone Diagram. Berdasarkan metode Paired T-Test diperoleh hasil bahwa pelaksanaan pelatihan berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta pelatihan mengenai AMPM. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan AMPM tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap breakdown dan availability mesin yang disebabkan oleh metode pelatihan yang kurang tepat dan belum adanya monitoring hasil pelatihan untuk tahap evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan signifikansi pengaruh pelatihan AMPM terhadap breakdown dan availability mesin.Kata Kunci: Paired T-Test, Two Sample T-Test, Fishbone Diagram, Autonomous Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance.ABSTRACTPT Tanjung Kreasi Parquet Industry conducts maintenance training in the form of Autonomous Maintenance & Preventive Maintenance (AMPM). This study aims to determine whether AMPM training has a significant effect on machine breakdown and availability. This research uses Paired T-Test, Two Sample T-Test, and Fishbone Diagram methods. Based on the Paired T-Test method, the results show that the implementation of training has an effect in increasing the knowledge of trainees about AMPM. The research shows that AMPM training does not have a significant effect on machine breakdown and availability due to inappropriate training methods and the absence of monitoring of training results for evaluation and follow-up stages. This shows that improvements are needed to increase the significance of the influence of AMPM training on machine breakdown and availability.
